And yet I'm still not the topic. How about that! Because it is a fact, your argumentum ad verecundiam notwithstanding. Off topic.
The court should hear the case. The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania require any changes to the electoral system be made by the legislature. Changes were made by "election officials" in violation of the law. This is prima facie evidence. The United States has both the authority and the standing to investigate and bring suit in the USSC. It has failed the people in this regard. Hence, we now have a state, Texas, suing several states for voting irregularities. Texas has standing in this matter representing its constituents who are entitled to a fair and accurate election. And here you have made the case for the USSC T to adjudicate the matter(s) put before it: The acts of the various states wrt a presidential election are not "internal issues," but rather impact the whole country. Hence it is appropriate for the Court to adjudicate these issues. States DO NOT have a right suborn irregularities in Federal elections. This is not a states' rights issue. Ad hominem fallacy. I am not to topic of this thread and I am only one person so I don't know who you think you're addressing. Straw man fallacy.
Oh Sigh. I see you aren't a fan of state's rights. Well, I am. This is a state's rights issue. The SCOTUS doesn't get involved in those, as you can see by their unanimous decision yesterday to not hear a state's rights case. The SC of PA has the final say on any and all things related to PA. Period. The SCOTUS has no authority to overrule a state SC, when they rule on state matters. Pro tip -we do NOT have a federal election in this country. We never have. We have individual states elections, and each state is free to decide how to choose its' electors, in any manner they choose. Pick names out of a hat? Fine. Swimming meet? Fine. Any way they want. They just need support of the public. Pro tip 2 - you have never once voted for POTUS. All you have ever done is tell your state election officials your preference.
Stay home and mind your P's and Q's then. Are you still getting your government checks? Hope they don't go away when this ponzi scheme collapses.
So in your world if a newly elected President in a medically high risk category who is charged with extreme responsibilities for the many serious problems affecting this country and the planet takes precautions to avoid contracting a potentially lethal virus he's a stupid coward? And if he doesn't take precautions he's a brilliant hero even it renders him incapacitated and/or kills him?
And also in the actual real world. Does PA law require the legislature to make changes to the election laws if the commonwealth? Yes, it does. Was it the legislature who made changes this year to the election system in PA? No, it was not. These are true statements, aka "facts."
No. That's your imagination. The courts have the facts. I'll rely on their rulings, not your internet opinion.
Something like that, yes. President Trump's 74 yo immune system along with the most powerful anti-viral agents known to man are why he recovered so quickly.
It's "logical" for someone who supports Trump. Over 288k of all ages didn't have such access and never recovered.
Biden voters don't give a **** about rallies. Biden voters show up at the ballot box--it's the only place that counts. Counts, capiche? As in 7,000,000 more ballots.
I'll be attending the Biden/Harris inauguration virtually. I hope, at the end, they show Dirty Donnie getting dragged, crying, out of the White House and the cancellation of his medical insurance.
He has? Nobody told me about it. What do I need to do now? When Biden takes over is everything going to be okay again?
