I along with millions of others wonder as to the competency of RBG following her recent surgery. While wishing her the best, on a personal level, it is incumbent on us, the conscientious citizenry, to question the competency of RBG. Given the absence of any verifiable evidence that she is lucid, let alone able to perform cognizantly at the very high bar set in her analytical role of jurist, on the highest court in the land; we must verify.

The POTUS, top advisors of the President, Kavanaugh & even HRC have had their competency called into question in the very recent past so it is not an unprecedented notion to question the competency of those who wield tremendous power in this nation.

2 basic options for addressing Jurists who do not step down, for cause, when they deem appropriate or necessary (Kennedy for instance)
    - Demotion to a lower court (as per 1803 Supreme Court case called Stuart v. Laird)
    - Removal via special bench of 5 peers justices / super majority of Congress w/ Pres. signature. (hearkening back to judicial removal proceedings used in English law in the 1780s, and were included in the New York, South Carolina and Massachusetts pre-1787) constitutions.

Neither will happen here given the disparate partisan divide of our Nation, leading up to 2020. I admittedly know little about the law, but it seems like there must be a common sense recourse here to verify competency and not just nod & grin with blind trust in her communicating staffers. We are NOT serfs! If not going to work, cloistered away in obscurity without pictures, video or voice recording there must be a way for us to check on one supposedly "phoning it in" via 2nd party... What think you?

Justice Breyer being thoughtful in preventing RBG from falling sideways... Despite partisanship & disparate ideologies my wish is for RBG to not overextend herself in her post cancer, frailty (so we are told). I wish her a blessed retirement where she can focus on here health and enjoy being taken care of by her family...

She could go into a semi-comatose state and the Democrats in the Senate still wouldn't want to remove her.

She has literally been falling asleep during arguments for years now so nothing is really going to change. Unless she comes down with dementia or passes out while walking up to the bench she is going to remain. Every single liberal is pressuring her to not resign.

Even dementia wouldn't do the trick since Nancy Pelosi is very obviously and increasingly suffering from such public displays and still the Dem Party's leadership and their lock step Mainstream Media party loyalists are pretending that the obvious is not happening.

Not to worry, I am sure the clerks can ghost write her opinions for years.

Hopefully she retires or gets her calling.

Either way she is a total embarrassment to the integrity of the USSC.
