If you or anyone else wants to misgovern the land where I live as a country where there is no right of freedom of expression, where people cannot print their own leaflets or these days type their own views online then it is you, them and above all the Queen who has a problem with me and everyone else who wants regime change so that our land can be governed as a free country.

There is no way I can enjoy myself without a lady friend to start a family with. I am always going to be grumpy as hell so long as that is the case.

So police state censorship of St Valentine's cards is OK? This is taking #MeToo FemiNazism to a whole new level. Get the Queen out.

As it turned out it was inappropriate but I wasn't to know that she would take offence unreasonably. However "inappropriate" does not mean "criminal" in any properly governed country.

The law I was accused of breaking was not a law against inappropriate flirtatious remarks but a law against "threatening or abusive behaviour".

The complainant gave false witness in court claiming that she felt "threatened" but she never explained why in terms of pointing to something that I threatened to do to her. I certainly did not make any threats against her whatsoever so it remains a mystery why she gave such a false witness against a perfect gentleman like myself? :-?

We do have freedom of expression it is certainly not as wide as you or I would like, but there are times when you need to pick your battles and this was one you were never going to win. Learn to be a bit more pragmatic and take the system on in a way that gives you a chance to change it. Making gestures and expecting to be lauded as a martyr is not going to work.

Well guess what, if you want to meet a woman worth having do not send them e-mails offering to meet them naked, start with offering a cup of coffee in a public place!

If a bloke started sending a woman friend of mine offers of meeting them in his flat naked I could well understand how she would feel threatened, why did you not just offer to meet her for a cup of coffee?

The UK is not any kind of a "democracy" because it does not allow those it subjects to its royalist fascist police state to represent their own views, which I am perfectly capable of doing, provided that the head of state holds the officers of the state to account when they violate citizens' rights and freedoms.

Why would anyone who has been threatened, abused, handcuffed, tortured, locked up and excluded from society their whole life wish to be part of Her Majesty's Government that has been doing that to us all our lives? No-one wants to join the enemy - that's what "treason" is.

In any case, in order to have a chance of being elected, you must have a lot of support in the media which is itself controlled by the UK.

What's more of a "fantasy" is expecting citizens here to liberate ourselves from this oppressive regime without any army which is prepared to stand up for our rights.

The civilians here are completely defenceless. We need an army to defend us, to remove the Queen and family from power. It is a matter of necessity. Certainly, it would be great if the British military would defect and oust the Windsor dynasty, but there is no sign of that happening so of course it would be great if international solidarity came into play and we got some help from other countries.

So that's why I have asked for help, as here in this video I made in 2008.

Peter I have been reading a lot about you on the internet, seams your a bit of an eccentric and well known on the streets of Aberdeen. I doubt that are politics is a million miles apart but seriously take a reality check. If you write that the Queen should die and you want your army to "blow her brains out" and compare members of the University to Fred West you are going to get a bit of push back from the state. Good luck with your attempts to set up a republic but tone it down a bit, hope you have a good life and do not let your obvious hatred of Lizzie ruin the rest of your life, good luck with getting a wife and family, one thing is for sure she will have to be a hell of a woman to cope with you! Please take my advice and offer a woman a cup of coffee before going on about being undressed and try to send actual Valentines cards, on Valentines day and best not by E-mail.

Ps did you see Allan Turin got voted person of the Century last night, great stuff!

    WHAT are you talking about?
I was trying to chat a lady up. I wasn't "choosing a battle and taking the system on". It was the woman herself, the police, the prosecutors and the courts which picked a fight with me, yet again.

You can't get away with pretending that people are ending up in the dock of the Queen's courts by choice.

That is not our choice. Our choice is freedom - to have the right to say what we think without being arrested for it.

My political choice as a republican is to get the Queen and family out, regime change to a republic by using whatever military means are necessary.

I didn't "start". It was she who "started". She sent me leaflets asking for my vote in the council elections. Then later I was invited to meet with her as my local councillor and with my local Member of the Scottish Parliament, in a letter he sent to me.

This is documented in my blog post
SUNDAY, 31 DECEMBER 2017 I am to be prosecuted for replying to my MSPs letter

I did need my elected representatives to be aware of the problems I was having with my social security but I also wanted to remind Councillor Mackenzie of my curiosity about her, so that's why I added flirtatious remarks that were rather more explicit than "Want to meet up for coffee" kind of thing.

Whether it is for coffee or at my place to see me naked, neither are threatening, neither are abusive and neither are criminal.

Only in this crazy kingdom could harmless flirtatious remarks be escalated to a court case.

I didn't "push" anyone. I made a few tweets containing republican hyperbole.
The democratic way for the royalists to respond would have been to tweet back, but the UK doesn't believe in democracy - it believes in crushing the democracy of anyone who dares to oppose their evil Queen.

    Thanks!

    Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

No, I didn't see that. Fantastic news and what a worthy winner! He defeated the Nazis. We owe him everything!

I did see the Imitation Game again on TV. Definitely worth watching again.

If there's one aphorism that's undeniable it is 'You cannot beat the system'. There's 'them' (the bureaucrats and the elitists), and there's 'us', the milch cows who sustain them in their luxuriously privileged lifestyles, and ne'er the twain shall meet. You can equate it to a farmyard scenario, where the gentleman farmer has ultimate control over the destinies of all the farm animals. There's another aphorism which you might do well to consider, Peter; 'Accept the things I cannot change, give me the courage to change the things that can be changed, and to have the wisdom to know the difference.' If you can do that, you won't come across as so obsessive, and then you'll stand a better chance of meeting someone to share your life with.

Republicans can beat the royalist "system", the kingdom, beginning, for example, by forcing the Queen to evacuate from London.

Considering that this thread is discussing a reported plan to evacuate the Queen from London it seems that "the welcome and the safety of the Queen in London" is one of those things than can indeed be changed by republicans.

If politicians decide Brenda should be moved to a place of safety then how on earth can anyone outside of the Establishment stop them achieving it? I mean, she's our ultimate 'national treasure' doncha know? For whatever reason or reasons, she's merely a figurehead for the movers and shakers, and has to do as she's told.

The republican aim is to force the Queen and her family out of London, out of England, out of Britain, out of anywhere where she is treated as a monarch, rather than as she should be treated, the enemy of the people.

Therefore if royalists are indeed forced, or think it advisable, to evacuate the Queen from London then that is an advance for republicans, a first step to riding London of the Queen's family too and then ridding England and Britain of the royals altogether.

So why on earth would republicans want to "stop them achieving it"? Would you only acknowledge that republicans had scored a significant victory if the Queen was locked up in the Tower of London?

I know what the BBC brainwashes its viewers to think of the Queen.
I am a republican so I think differently from BBC propaganda - I think that the Queen is the enemy of the people because an unhelpful figurehead monarch occupying the role of head of state is obstructive to republicans establishing a republic wherein the people elect a president as a helpful and dutiful head of state who holds the officers of the state to account - judges, police etc - and has them arrested and removed from office when they violate the rights and freedoms of the people in a democracy.
