It depends on her past criminal record I would guess. If she has no priors she will probably get probation and or community service. I owned a restaraunts in Colorado Springs for a while back in the mid ‘90s. The area was very pro Republican and many people really hated Clinton at that time. After a few drinks some people would get pretty loud and vocal. I instructed all of my bartenders and waitresses not to engage in any type of political discourse with customers, much less insult or assault them.

I really don't approve of spitting at all, it's terribly unsanitary and back in the early days of AIDS there were those who found it tantamount to murder. While that's going a little far it has to be looked upon as the only way an individual person can use biological warfare. If you don't want somebody in your restaurant because of their politics you should just tell them, it's not right to do something that might make an individual person very sick
