This is in fact the most corrosive thing Trump has done - he has normalised the spreading of false information to the extent that a huge proportion of the population believes falsehoods to be true.

He has attacked American values. He is anti-American and his supporters cheer him on without even realising they are destroying the country they claim to love.

I think Trump should move his daily updates to Facebook.
Twitter just disgraced itself by hiding Trumps feeds.
Whether they agree with him politically or not, if they don’t have an open and transparent public policy regarding some political posts, they are not in a position to hide his tweets or attach fact checks to them.
I, personally, could never understand the point of multiple social media platforms. Why have Twitter if you can update statuses in Facebook? What’s the point of Instagram if you can post pictures on Facebook. I use only 1 platform. Logically, it makes no sense to have more than 1, as any 1 of those platforms allow you to publicly broadcast messages and share pictures. I also don’t understand why Trump fights Twitter. Just leave it and be done with it.
Even though, Twitter is in the wrong, Trump should really stay away from it in quite a few cases.

I’ve read it all don’t worry.
I also happen to be able to read in Russian and Ukrainian languages and remember very well how russians were cheering to Trump on state-owned mass media. Their members of parliament opened up champagne on the news of Trumps victory right in their parliament (Duma). No amount of CIA leaks can invalidate that fact.

 

LOL... what a lovely standard that is. Even though, now, we know, that these folks were actively working to undermine and then obstruct an elected president and that their entire story was a fantasy that was bought and paid for by the HRC2016 and DNC. Got it.

 

Perhaps. But I would tend to side on what the legislative intent here is. I would suggest that twitter isn't on safe ground, and if their legal team advised them that they were, well, lots of billing and little to show for it.
