    Don't worry about it.

You are right! And that provides us with the chief reason why these giddy, moron Democrats in the House came up with two articles of impeachment, neither of which described a CRIME.

Indeed, if the House Democrats were under no constraint to act within the boundaries of what we have accepted as legality and propriety as practiced in most of civilization for the past 3,000 years, then they could come up with any bullshit imaginable... and sure enough, THEY DID.... :w00t:

    Impeachment is a political process.

Nevertheless, the Constitution states that the criteria for impeachment are bribes, misdemeanors, and high crimes.

I know, I know... a misdemeanor can include damned near anything, but it is not (NOT) supposed to be used for crass, bullshit politics!

Anticipating your next response, yes, Bill Clinton was impeached for an actual crime -- lying under oath to a grand jury... not politics.

The Democrats just care about the DNC's chosen candidate. BTW Biden may be off the campaign trail for the duration that he's called as a witness.

By the time the Democrats have their convention this summer, Biden will be essentially DEAD politically. This crap in Ukraine has hurt him a hell of a lot more than anyone else and it has shown the entire world just how corrupt and dirty he really was. They'll keep Biden in the game until this impeachment farce is over, and then it'll be a slow, downhill slide for ol' Joe....

In the back of their miserable, little doctrinaire minds, they'll be imagining THIS -- (and the rest of the country will know it, too!)

All four Constitutional Law Professors who testified before the House Judiciary Committee said that Trump's alleged conduct was impeachable.

I've been hearing that argument from Trump defenders for several months now.

I can see Werren beating Trump. Sanders is a shoo in having overlap with his base and an actual record to back up his talk. Biden would guarantee both a Trump reelection (assuming the Senate doesn't do anything surprising) and that he'd win by a massive popular vote advantage.

And if Biden by some miracle did win (that merical being the Senate convicting Trump)? Camps would stay open, travel bans would remain in place, the Press Corp would still be a thing of the past and we'd still be heading down the road to fascism, just not as fast becuase Biden known how to be subtle.

Biden and Trump? A pox on both their houses.

It could have been Elizabeth Warren! Last September she stumbled onto a voter GOLD MINE when she was making a big campaign issue out of providing long-overdue REAL increases in Social Security benefits for the first time in ten years, to those who have EARNED them. That alone would have gotten her the lion's share of 70,000,000+ "Boomer" voters... but then she went silent on that topic after last September -- and she's been 'treading-water' ever since.... Hint: three of the last ten years, there weren't any increases in SS at all, even though prices on nearly everything that people actually have to BUY have gone up a LOT. She could have walked off with the election if she had stayed on point... but Leftist-Democrats tend to 'lose focus' fairly often....

A month later, when Biden's corruption and the scandals starting sinking him, we saw the sudden emergence of Michael Bloomberg (and his FIFTY BILLION DOLLARS). My gut-feel is now that Democrat insiders know ol' Joe is dead-and-done, they'll float Bloomberg as the candidate for the "rational Middle-Class" voters who are, more or less, sensible and responsible.

At least the claim can be made that, unlike most of the Democrats running right now, Bloomberg knows WHAT an 'economy' is, and he has an idea of how to successfully run a business.... :eyepopping:

Again, Biden's demise as a result of the Ukraine conspiracy theories, has been an ongoing "threat" for months.

There is almost zero evidence in support.
