Great news from USA, what else ´d USA hit in Muscovy in order to stop Muscovite occupations in Syria , Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine? Banks? gas- oil sector, what else?
    "
Bipartisan leaders of the Senate Banking Committee announced a plan Wednesday to strengthen sanctions against Russia over its actions in Ukraine and Syria, as well as internet intrusions in the U.S.

The proposal is a signal that some in Congress intend to push back on the Trump administration’s moves to explore an improvement in relations with Moscow.

Panel Chairman Mike Crapo of Idaho and top Democrat Sherrod Brown of Ohio said their bill would authorize "broad" new sanctions targeting sectors of Russia’s economy including mining, metals and railways.

It would codify and strengthen existing sanctions included in executive orders affecting Russian energy projects and debt financing in key economic sectors, the senators said in a press release."https://www.bloomberg.com/politics/...propose-stronger-u-s-sanctions-against-russia

So you understand, he is doing that on behalf of Intermarium, not USA:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intermarium
    And assotiates himself with
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Duchy_of_Lithuania
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rus'_(name)
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samogitia

Also he assumes that USA, a country that have been part of Treaty of Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, apparently have VIOLATED this agreement and have been producing NEW nuclear weapons since the dissolution of Soviet Union in 1991.
Welcome to that section of forum.
