Donald Trump is not orange; Drumpf was the original surname his grandfather changed. This is nothing new, immigrants typically anglicize they're names. Why do you people continuously use this as an insult?

Give it some AIR, man. The more you repeat these stupid insults, the more people believe you're brainwashed by the Democrats. You keep feeding the narrative, which in turn makes even more people dislike you. Keep this up, and you will NEVER win another election, EVER.

Because discussing the issues doesn't work for Democrats. They are on the losing side of reality on many of them. That's why they rarely ever campaign on the actual issues.

However, you'd note that "you people" (maybe not you personally, but see how those generalizations work) have called president Obama all kinds of names, easily searchable on this forum. Obozo, Odumbo, 0bama, BO peep, are just some of them. And then there is the nugget of "Moochelle" for his wife. So, "you people" don't have a leg to stand on.

The difference, is that in 09 if you called Obama a name, you were branded a racist. If you objected to his policies or leadership, you were a racist. At present, the far left is using all manner of insults, and it is socially acceptable. Often even bringing praise and applause (see Oscar, or any award show).

I hope you aren't one of those people who used a variety of insults for Obama instead of his name, or one of those who used a variety of insults for GW Bush instead of his name. It's just the way the current poltical climate is.

Anyway, his orange majesty, Drumpf is a master of insults. IMHO, anybody who can dish out insults needs to be able to take them.

That said, I do accept him as my President, and I hope he does well and doesn't betray the conservatives who put him in office.

To be honest, since the election in Nov. I've noticed much of the orange / drumpf slander has evaporated ... along with the LOSERS! who authored them. "Birther" is still offered up pretty frequently though.

Trump has insulted more people than I can remember, he has called for violence and even offered to pay the legal bills. He has called for torture beyond even waterboarding, he thinks nuclear weapons are optional and wants to know why we don't use them, he admires despots and defends cold-blooded murder, show an appalling lack of social consciousness, empathy, dignity, intellect, sophistication, and he talks like a two-bit thug.

He attacks the free press, free speech, the intelligence community which is highly demoralized already, and he personally attacks judges who don't rule in his favor. He told a typical 20 lies per hour of speech and uses those lies to divide the nation. In fact, I could probably go on for pages. I can hardly even remember all of the times and ways that he has caused shock and outrage. He is a two-bit con man; a liar, a BSer in the extreme.

And I honestly don't know which is more terrifying, Trump, or the people who elected him. This is how dictators are made - and I said it long before McCain did! I've been saying it since my first day here. He is a threat to humanity. We will be lucky if he doesn't start WWIII out of stupidity and ego.

No, just until he is impeached. But I'm done. I am working to further the effort for the West Coast to secede. I'm done with America. I have nothing to be patriotic to. We stand for nothing.

I find their continued use funny because it's a sign the juvenile hysterics have not subsided yet which only bodes well for the GOP 2018 as the Left continues to reel and relieve stress by screaming Drumpf at the top of their lungs in the middle of the night.

The irony of using Drumpf as an insult for Trump is that it's denigrating the ancestral name of an immigrant family while at the same time hating on Trump claiming he has insulted immigrants. Zero self awareness.

Imagine if a Jewish politician with the last name Goldsmith was running for office and opponents used the root, non-anglicised surname of Goldschmidt as an insult like they use Drumpf for. There would be cries of bigotry, anti-semitism, xenophobia; but in this case, because they're denigrating Trump's ancestors it's okay because hes a meanie! Not only this, but it just isn't funny, it just makes people look like idiotic 4 year olds calling people poopypants on the playground.

 

Trumplethinskin and the birther-in-chief are way more apropos.
