    Let's see how the State of Florida handles this one. The Sheriff's one day investigation found this to be Stand Your Ground the DA disagrees.

    Was Drejka's life endanger, did he hit his head on the concrete.

    Let's see if McGlockton is going to be labeled as a thug for defending his girlfriend.

    I didn't see anyone threatening anyone's girlfriend. What I saw was force being met with force. Did anyone see anything different?

    Who's to say that McGlockton wouldn't have continued his attack, despite the weapon being presented? One individual in the video bolts nearly as soon as Drejka goes for his gun, McGlockton lingers as if contemplating.

    From the video I saw, it looked like McGlockton retreated as soon as Drejka pulled out a gun, so Drejka's life wasn't in danger. Ergo, not a "stand your ground" situation, so the decision to charge him looks like the correct one.

    Clearly manslaughter at least. Anyone who sees Stand your Ground needs to see an ophthalmologist.

    So this will give every black thug license to knock older White folks to the ground endangering their lives........not that they needed a ‘license’ as the ‘knockout game’ has been going in for years with little or no prosecution of the ‘future rappers and astronauts’........

    I guess you missed the part where the black thug walks up to the older White dude and violently pushes him to the ground........and then menacingly hitched his pants and advances on the prone victim. I would recommend a new eye glass prescription.........

    Well, I hope Drejka goes free. It'll help bolster the idea that if you assault someone, you may pay with your life, and the shooter will get away with it. In other words, mind your damn manners, don't put your hands on others unless you're willing to pay the price. If you decide to gamble with your life and get killed in the process, well that's one less person who'll go on to assault someone else.

    Why bring race into this case ? Are you a liberal? Reason I ask is because liberals are supposed to be the ones who see everything in racial term, or at least that is what some here say.

    She wasn't being physically attacked. But if she were, and McGlockton had a gun and shot Drejka, he'd have my support in doing so.
