Should a class action lawsuit be filed on behalf of the American people naming the mainstream media for failing to do it's customary, traditional and vitally important job of zealously investigating the background of presidential candidate, Barack Obama?

Their failure to adequately perform their expected responsibility has had dire consequences in this country the past four + years. We should have faith in our presidential candidate's prerequisite qualifications and we should have confidence we know all the pertinent info re: their backgrounds but if they are not thoroughly scrutinized by the media we will continue to have doubts and suspicions lingering on for years after an election. And, contrary to what some here might think, I desperately wish there were NO reasons to doubt Obama based on his history or background.

If a class action suit was filed against the MSM we might be able to prevent the kind of doubts that exist about Obama in future elections, which would be better for any future POTUS but also better for the American people.

And we would never again have a potential Manchurian Candidate gain entry into our government at the highest level where he/she could exact the most damage against this country.
