    I don't think he can technically go to jail for it. But we can make sure that everyone who doesn't have those privileges goes to jail.

    Technically , he is a "traitor" to Democracy and the democratic system. and therefore the country.

    He should..........but he won't........... not in the current political atmosphere.



    His supporters might riot again..........in defense of him.

    I think that a solid case can be made that he broke his oath to the US constitution. Sedition maybe harder to prove but most certainly he dishonored his sworn oath.

    While this is true, to do nothing or ignore his actions/corruption sends a strong signal to the next Trump wannabe that's much smarter and capable.
