Monuments being removed are not of slave owners. They're of people who committed treason.

You quoted a poem about the Holocaust as to where it will end up.

The first law that Nazis passed when they came to power in Germany was Jews could not use public pools. We all know where it went from there

The collective won't stop till everything that offends them is eliminated, which means they won't stop ever.

You mean like Bill Ayers who committed violence against his own country? The Bill Ayers the left celebrates today as a hero?

Or the FALN that Bill Clinton pardoned that took up arms against the US and actually killed six people - a treasonous act.

You mean *those* people that committed treason, i.e. violent overthrow of the government?

Do you honestly think this makes sense, or are you that much of partisan hack, that'll say anything to justify your party line?

Look, get over that Robert E. Lee resigned his commission in Lincoln's army. Abe tried to make him Abes supreme commander.

So in a way you are slamming Abe Lincoln for having poor judgment.

Lee was loyal to his country. His country changed with the extreme aggressive actions taken by Abe Lincoln. Abe invaded, and Lee defended. And where Lee attacked in PA, they erected a monument to the man. YES, Lee has his monument there.

I'm sure tearing down monuments to you is hella cool. Erase American history so you can fundamentally transform America into a global socialist police state.

Jesus accepted slavery in the NT, and Mohammad was an enslaver and slave owner, so we need to put Jesus/Mohammad in with Lee/Washington/Jefferson in the "slavery is cool" category.

It appears that you can't condemn slave owners like Mohammad, Moses, Jefferson, and Washington. Is there NOTHING you won't defend?

How's that? Lee was still in the US Army when he was offered the job, and was considered even in 1861 to be one of the finest officers in the US Army. Lincoln showed good judgement recognizing his ability.

The South start the war at Fort Sumter, but I can't wait to hear what gem Thomas DiLorenzo told you about how the North did.

If those two spots on Rushmore were of transgendered, handicapped, poor, liberal, black women who were victim of a hate crimes, then the left would cream their jeans to keep those women up there. But a couple a powerful rich white guys (one was a military general - the horror(!), no less!), meh, not so much.

Yeah, you caught me. You brave White Knights and your handsome commander Donald Trump is what's keeping us from tossing you in FEMA camps.

No serious person is saying that we should knock down Mt. Rushmore, but you people seem to be having fun knocking out your invisible foe. I remember playing pretend when I was a kid too.

My guess is that almost every black in America can trace their lineage back to slave owners in Africa - slave owners that sold slaves to those importing slaves to the New World (i.e. mostly British and Arab slavers).

If the left is going to blame whites in America for their ancestors buying slaves then they also need to condemn the blacks in America for their ancestors *sellling* slaves!

If blacks today want to play the "victim card" then the FIRST people they should blame are the ones that sold them into slavery.

If MLK"s ancestors created and sold slaves then should we castigate MLK for being guilty of the sins of his fathers?

I honestly think the only real people who would ACTUALLY want to deface an amazing monument like Rushmore would be extreme extremists ISIS and Fidel Castro.

Collectivist have a long history of death camps, political prisoners, etc. All you have to do is look at the places they admire, like Cuba.

The BLM crowd would love to tear down that monument to evil slave owners.
