Should Hillary Clinton be nominated to the Supreme Court? Simple question. The Democrats were polling me by email.
"No!" Similar to Bork, Hillary has demonstrated she does not have the moral character we would wish for a Supreme Court justice. BTW I believe Kavenaugh has already crossed political lines. How about that? Moi Not Hillary, Not Bork and Certainly Not A
The last two SCOTUS picks by a Democrat president shows that Democrats are very familiar with the dregs at the bottom of the judicial toilet. That's where you find creatures like Hillary, so, after 'Geriatric Joe' is elected in 2020, it's possible that he'll appoint someone at least as bad as Hillary. But, to avoid having to put any more SCOTUS Justices on 'life-support' (like they have old Ruthie Ginsburg now), they'll probably try to find a much younger one -- say, AOC for instance. For a Democrat, anything will do, so long as they toe-the-party-line.... Don't laugh -- Obama put radical, America-hating TRASH like Sotomayor and Kagan on the court!
I can't see her surviving walking up the stairs to get to work, so I'll say no. Maybe if she lays off the "hot sauce" though.
Ugh! Can you imagine a person with such low moral character on the Supreme Court? Makes me shudder to think of it. Why do democrats keep hanging on to that old hag?
Should Hillary Clinton be nominated to the Supreme Court? No, but Barack or Michelle Obama would either make good nominees, if they were interested.
Barack or Michelle, you bet, it wouldn't demean the Supreme Court at all to have someone who had to surrender their law license sit on the court. Exactly what would qualify either one of those clowns to be a judge in any court much less the SC?
