I see exactly what you are saying. You base your notions of race on appearance and not genetics. Its a social distinction to you not a biological one. Typically that attitude is based on a inner need for self validation and what better way to validate oneself than with the color of their skin - since its one thing they didnt' have to work at to earn.

Their cultural attitudes including but not limited to their approach to education and the arfact that educational opportunity is not economically limited but scholastically limited (ie. forget the tuition, if you have the brains you win place in university or college). I reject the notion of racial superiority entirely. You want to judge the individual on the gross generalization associated with his skin color which of course is your prerogative.
