So, there are a lot of people who claim Israel and the US should give back the lands they "stole" to native peoples. Israel give back the land to Palestinians and US back to Mexicans, and other tribes.

Do those who believe the above statement think that those who live in those areas also need to leave and go back from where their ancestors came or just keep living in the newly annexed lands that have a new governing body?

Mexico gained independence from Spain only about 20 years before Texas gained independence from Mexico. The French had Texas. Texas has been under 6 flags in the past 300 years or so.

I am not sure what your point was, I am asking in general cause further west than TX, a lot of people claim NM, AZ and CA was Mexico's before we "stole" it. The argument also goes with Israel and how they build on their land while Palestinians are squatting because Palestinians claim its their land first and Jews "stole" it from them.

I think since the juice have spilled so much blood for Israel they should all move there and leave the rest of us the hell alone.

Whoever wants to take US territory, if they actually make the attempt, kill them, all of them. Any incursion across a border is an act of war.

I think its simpler if people stay in their native lands. But I don't think that is the direction in which progress lies. Even in today's shrinking world, humanity is still divided by so many things. Geographic location, culture, language. Its the source of all conflict, so it makes sense to want to mitigate those things in order to achieve a more peaceful world. However, the process of mitigating our differences can be extremely rocky, and it makes people think that good fences really do make good neighbors after all.

Such claims eventually become so arbitrary as to be worthless. What is to be prevent, decedents from Adam and Eve, or whoever, you believe was first, to claim all of earth because they were here first. No matter who we say has a claim, there is likely some other group that will say no, we were here before you. .

Anybody can make brag. It takes strength and might to enforce it. Might makes right.

So, does the US and Israel have the right to build a wall and enforce their borders with deadly force whether you be a known terrorist or a kid or woman trying to cross illegally?

That question ignores the other side of the equation. The known terrorist, or a kid or woman, also has an obligation not to ignore the laws of another nation. We can argue about the kid part, but at some point there is an adult involved who is ignoring the law of another nation. That brings us down to the bottom line, if it takes deadly force to stop that illegal act, then the answer is yes.

Well, part of me gets to go to Europe with the Neanderthal DNA in me. Only 100% blacks don't have this DNA in them, so they must stay in Africa while everyone else can roam free I guess.

Depends on the situation. You could use the same logic in someone robbing a bank or breaking into your house.

Very true, lets try this "So, does a home owner and family have the right to lock their homes doors and enforce their home security with deadly force whether you be a known terrorist or a kid or woman trying to enter illegally?"

Still depends on the situation. If someone breaks into my home and I can get them out or arrested without feeling threatened, I would not use deadly force. Keep in mind that at that point they are on my property and the burden of proof for me goes down considerably and it would not take much of a misstep before deadly force is justified.

I don’t have that problem where I live. Anyone who breaks into my house has forfeited their right to live. My only responsibility is to properly identify the target.

The same goes for my truck.

I'm not sure where you are drawing the line. Mexico stole it from tribes that stole it from other tribes.

Yep. Its always selective on which tribe is "entitled" the land. And since we are the most recent conquerors, we are always perceived as the most evilest people ever.
