Who decides the competency? Right now, someone on the far right thinks anyone left of center is incompetent. Also, someone on the far left thinks anyone right of center is incompetent.

When we can all agree that 2+2 is more than opinion, let’s chat. Until then, the competency test is whatever the voters decide it is.

This gets back to the “campaign finance reform” proposal which calls for pubic financing of political campaigns. Who decides which candidates get the public money? If your answer is other politicians, that plays right into the “good old boy and girl network” which has had so much power in the past. He or she who gets the money has a chance of getting elected. If a candidate has no money, that candidate has no chance. Those who get elected because they created a grassroots uprising from nothing is the stuff of romance novels.

So Biden gets a pass on his need to know what nation he is in.... and what continent he is on...due to his being Trump's arch rival?

You haven't taken a serious look at the possible negatives with the Biden Digital Currency yet have you?

    Yes, lets talk about competency

Key competencies regularly sought after by employers include (check or zero for Trump):

    • adaptability check
    • commercial awareness check
    • communication zero
    • conflict resolution zero
    • decisiveness check
    • independence check
    • flexibility zero
    • leadership zero
    • problem solving zero
    • organization zero
    • resilience check
    • teamwork. zero
Competency questions you may be asked at interview include:

    • Describe a situation in which you led a team.
    • Give an example of a time you handled conflict in the workplace. Trump would have failed here
    • How do you maintain good working relationships with your colleagues? Trump would have failed big time here. It was his way or the highway.
    • Tell me about a big decision you've made recently. How did you go about it?
    • What has been your biggest achievement to date? Trump would have failed here as his big achievement was scamming people.
    • Describe a project where you had to use different leadership styles to reach your goal. Trump would have failed here, as he had one style, my way or the highway.
    • Tell me about a time when your communication skills improved a situation. Trump would have failed big time here. He did not communicate with people. He told them what to do and if they opened their mouth to say different, he fired them.
    • How do you cope in adversity?
    • Give me an example of a challenge you faced in the workplace and tell me how you overcame it.
    • Tell me about a time when you showed integrity and professionalism. Trump would have failed big time here as never in his life did he ever show integrity and professionalism.
    • How do you influence people in a situation with conflicting agendas? Trump would have failed big time here as he was unwilling to ever compromise. It was his way or the highway.
    • Give an example of a situation where you solved a problem in a creative way. Trump would have failed here. He did things the same way every day of his life. He had no creativity.
    • Tell me about a time that you made a decision and then changed your mind.
    • Describe a situation where you were asked to do something that you'd never attempted previously. Trump would have failed here as he would not allow anyone to do anything differently than what he felt comfortable with, which was lying and scamming.
    • Tell me about a time when you achieved success even when the odds were stacked against you.

You seem to think that I am a Biden supporter. I am not! We were given 2 choices and we had to pick one and comparing Biden with Trump, Biden was the better choice. This does not mean that either choice was a good one.

Once a choice is made, you have to support that choice until a better choice is offered. Criticizing Biden does absolutely no good. If we support him, the good things he does have will do more good than if we don't support him and don't allow the good to occur. Everyone has good and bad in them.

There is a long standing adage that has been proven to be true a million times before

What you focus on grows, what you think about expands, and what you dwell upon determines your destiny.

If you focus on the negatives, they grow but if you focus on the positives, it is they that grow.

You have to see a president/leader the same way you look at a marriage. For good and bad. You know both exist and hope that there is more good than bad but if the opposite is true, you have to key on the good until such a time you get divorced or your life will be pure hell.

I thought the column was going to be about Brandon. He's had a physical but no reports on tested mental ability?

So, Brandon and now at a minimum, Fettermen appear to be mental incompetents.

I've seen chief execs who I'd think incompetent perform perfectly well as they weren't really doing any of the real heavy lifting. But when Brandon's phone calls won't get answered by foreign leaders? That causes real harm to the US people, regardless of who is really handling his puppet strings.

Thanks for sharing your personal opinion on what makes a good president. You should continue to use that criteria if it works for you.

Nonetheless, all you offer is criticism through words. No facts to dispute what I said.

No, I did not. I can prove with data and facts at least 80% of everything I stated. For example, when I say that Trump has zero conflict resolution ability, show me one single instance where he was able to get a positive resolution from a negative situation (you will find it is zero, as I stated). You just have not bothered to check because you have no interest in the truth. Trump is an idol to you and there is absolutely nothing anyone can show you that will get him off your pedestal.

no you cannot because it is still an opinion. What did Trump actually promise-one was good justices-he hinted he wanted Roe overturned. Mission accomplished. He kept Hillary out of the white house. He kept hard left gun banner Merrick Garland off the supreme court. The economy was much better. The rate of black unemployment was at a 65 year low. You are a rabid Trump hater and cannot admit that he did many things well. You have never explained what causes that stage IV level of TDS

for example, the TDS laden assertions included

Communication ZERO-now did Trump tell the voters what he wanted? Yes, so that assertion is a LIE

Flexibility ZERO-Trump backtracked after the Vegas massacre and pushed for a bump stock ban-
therefore that assertion is a LIE

Teamwork-ZERO Did Trump work with Mitch McConnell to prevent Merrick Garland from being seated while getting Gorsuch, Barrett and Kavanaugh through a hostile democrat opposition? Yes, so that assertion is a LIE

Problem solving ZERO-Kavanaugh was savagely attacked. Trump still got him on the supreme court that problem was solved. So the assertion is a LIE

The leadership at Zero is a lie based on the above. So what we have is complete and utter opinionated bullshit which ignores obvious facts

That is not an ability to resolve issues but an ability to con people. I do give him that ability and to the max. He is probably among the top 3% of scam artists. You support scams and cons, Turtle?

I thought you said you like facts. TurtleDude provided a bevy of factual information above you have not refuted. Instead, you deflect to calling Trump a con man, and ask TurtleDude if he supports scams and cons. What kind of nonsense is this?

In fact, Trump really did fulfill many of his campaign promises to his voters. This means mission was accomplished because he did resolve a lot of these issues.

as you well know Trix: since you have seen my posts for years, my main issue has always been pro second amendment judges and justices. ALL THREE justices Trump picked voted the proper way on the seminal BRUEN CASE. the OBAMA/BIDEN/CLINTON appointees all are hostile to second amendment rights. So why would I have even considered voting for Clinton or Biden?

It would be pretty self-defeating if you were to give your vote to those who don't support what you believe government should be doing for you.

Oh, but you were "conned" You just don't know the facts. ;)
