Job applications to include the following checkbox as a gender identification option:

'Willing to identify as whichever gender gets me hired.'

If you don't like the options, then answer me this- if we're supposed to respect someones claimed gender identity, whats to stop male firefighters (as an example) from claiming to be female or trans to take advantage of affirmative action and increase their chances of getting hired in departments that are lacking diversity?

Honestly, sometimes I think we should have genderless, raceless, photoless CV's, and job interviews where you wear a paper bag on your head.

If that's what it takes to have a meritocratic system, so be it.

You can lie on anything on a CV. Lots of people do.

But if you turn up as a man expect to not do so well in the interview.

worse yet, states are beginning to allow gender changes on state issued id's, licenses , birth certs, & now passports... wonder how customs will handle it abroad... to me, i see it as deception, lying about yourself, so they should expect to get the 'full treatment' at those border crossings...

Members of the Mulatto Mafia always check the "black box."
It seems 1/8th is the magic number.
(Valerie Jarrett, Barack Obama, Loretta Lynch, Susan Rice, Eric Holder, Kamala Harris) are all members of the Mulatto Mafia who always checked the "black box" even though most grew up in upper middle class families in upper middle class neighborhoods, attended prestigious private schools, attended ivy league colleges while claiming they grew up picking cotton for their slave masters.

Why don't we just get rid of gender identification on job applications?

Every time I hired anyone I interviewed them in person. If a tranny was qualified and would not disrupt the team I would hire them....if not, I wouldn't.

Always hire the best person suited to the position period.

I would be happy to hire a TS more interested in productivity than I care about anything else at all.

Profit in the workplace is really all I care about, diversity is irrelevant to me either way because it's not profit.

The pure capitalist in me makes me only see green ;)

With the National Council of La Raza and the La Raza movement it has everything to do with skin color and blood.

    Sounds good to me.

But how will the govt know who qualifies for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit that incentivizes employers to hire diversely?

This only works if you call your daughter Dave lol.

I can give you one good reason I would not want to hire a woman between the age of 18-45

Kids! In the UK if I employ a woman that has a child I have to pay big time for her and keep her job open for a year. If she chooses not to come back it's my problem. You might be able to see why it's more desirable to find a man or a woman outside of child bearing age if you're a small business owner.

TS have a distinct advantage here.

    African-American heritage ?

An "African-American" is a citizen of an African country who has been naturalized as an American citizen.

The majority of black Americans have no lineage of having an ancestor who was ever an "African-American."

It was the 14th Amendment that allowed former slaves to bypass America's citizenship naturalization laws and were given citizenship.

    FYI:
The self proclaimed war hero John Kerry's wife, Teresa Heinz is an "African-American." born in Mozambique (formerly Portuguese Mozambique) she legally migrated to America in 1963 and was naturalized as an American citizen in 1971 which made her an African-American."

    Teresa Heinz.
    Nationality...Mozambique, Africa.
    Citizenship...naturalized American citizen.
    Legal status...African-American.
    Political party...legal immigrant (Republican)

Instant facial recognition is here, and instant DNA will probably be here soon.

If a match is obtained with these that confirms identity beyond the reach of politics.

All kids will have to be named Pat, Terry, Kelly, Alex, Charlie, Sean or Stevie!

It does bring up a good point however. Studies have shown that you are 28% less likely to get an interview if you have an ethnic sounding name.

    Many Hispanics are black.

But the La Raza movement and the "National Council of La Raza" is a Mexican nationalist organization.

Some call it the Mexican KKK.

La Raza , to keep the blood lines pure.
