    When presidents get elected, one said this so far as I am aware.

    "Elections have consequences."

    We all know how Obama loves to talk. He is not real fond of the press, but he loves to cruise all over the USA gabbing.

    When he makes promises, why not hold him to account.

    Based on this premise, let's examine his promise on labor.

    (CNSNews.com) - The number of manufacturing jobs continues to grow, but not fast enough, says an industry group.

    "The president is now nearly halfway through his second term, yet he is less than a fourth of the way to his goal of creating 1 million new manufacturing jobs," the Alliance for American Manufacturing said.

    During his re-election campaign, President Obama vowed to create 1 million new manufacturing jobs in his second term, but so far, only 218,000 have been added.

    Presidents should not make promised they don't have the power to keep.
