I'm not sure but I always felt that Dino was a scotch guy.Because he usually
had a little bottle of Ballantine's in whatever fancy car he drove as
Matt Helm. I think his rat pack buddy { Frank Sinatra } was a
Jack Daniels guy. Which is odd because most Italians drink Scotch.
    J & B being the most popular.

Don't ask me. My track record for calendar items hasn't been too good lately. ;)

Cold and windy here today too, but it's about 44 degrees. Guess a snow day is outta the question. Although watching the Green Bay game yesterday... are those folks crazy? Who lives up there???

Your track record with the calendar is fine, you also posted it wasn't accurate..

The temperature here this morning was 26 and no snow.

The puppies even had an attitude about going outside. "You want me to go where?" were the looks I was getting from them.

No fun clearing snow without beers stuck in the snow waiting for you to "pace yourself ".

    What?
2 beers left and the liquor store closes in 5 minutes?

You are aware I presume that Winter is not even 3 weeks old.
This Wednesday will mark the 3rd week of Winter.

When I was in college I used to keep the beer outside when I came home for
Christmas because I dint want the Parents knowing I loved my beer.
The next trick was to sneak Pot w/o the Parents being the wiser.
Not fun going outside to sneak hits off a joint in the dead of winter.
    So we cracked open the small window in the Rec Room { our Play room }
and took hits while blowing the smoke out the window. That being me and my
younger brother { who was also a Pot head but started much earlier { like in
8th Grade }. I smoked my first joint as a Freshman in college.
I started to crave Vino { Rose } when I was a senior in college.Especially
in the winter.I have pipe dreams now that I wish I could go back to those
college days { Junior & Senior year } when I was broke almost every day.
I dream of having a big footlocker full of choice booze like Cognac and
nice red wine.Plus stashes of money.I used to be able to live like a King
    on $ 5 a day.However $ 2 bucks was more like it.A bottle of Rose was
    a little under $ 2 bucks.I spent $ 299 yesterday on 7 bottles of red wine,
    2 cigars and a pint of Martel.I usually spend around $ 300 - $ 400.
    Twice a month.
Those Are the Days - { All in the Family } .

Refresh my memory. That's the white stuff on the ground. Right? It's been a couple of years since I've seen it.

Here is what I've been up to since mid December. I had the floors installed, but I painted the walls in the middle of the process. We finished 2 days before everybody came over for Christmas. We did the dining area, kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. I had to put the chicken coop on hold. Hopefully that will be finished in a couple of weeks.

That's where Ethyl sleeps. Chihuahua/yorkie mix. She likes to get away from the big dogs and won't come out for 12-14 hours at a time. She watches my rear entrances at night. We sleep with 4 dogs spread all over the house. The others like beds next to our beds.

My mom took all the fun out of smoking and drinking when I was a kid and lived home. She said, you want to drink or smoke, you do it at home.
One of those confusing reverse psychology tactics that worked. I didn't drink, smoke or do drugs when I was a kid living home.

Yeah that white fluffy stuff that falls from the sky and covers everything. The stuff snowball fights and bumper jumpin' legends are made of. lol

That room looks beautiful! I love the floor and the wall color looks excellent with it. You guys did a great job.

How big is this chicken coop going to be? Is it going to be one of those movable ones?

A happy childhood can usually be traced back to a smart sadistic mother - who smiled - a lot.
