    That's an interesting hobby...... I get a similar result sitting on the deck in the dark, waiting for the raccoons.... :D

    She is absolutely gorgeous, what a sweet face. Goats are just nice animals.
    No herd of goats yet but that is still on the list. Right now the focus is on a fall garden or early prep on a spring garden and a wildflower plot. The primrose and correopsis were so beautiful this year they need some extra seeds to make the plot really come alive next spring. The primrose seemed to like the mulch that was put near their plot. the ones next to the mulch had a more vibrant pink.

    Mushrooms are great with any Italian ground beef dish, or with chicken or veal picata.

    They taste good with gravy on steak too.

    I normally don't go out of my way to buy them except for making spaghetti sauce.
