I have been thinking about watching it but it looks a bit more than I want to get involved in watching.

A Vespa would let you stand out from the crowd - unless you live in Palermo.

Yes it has but some years produce more hurricanes than other years. This has been really bad. Definitely keeps you on your toes.

Unles you are incarcerated you have freedom if you live in America. Some people define freedom differently so it depends on your definition of freedom. I equate freedom with making choices for my lifestyle. Like free to come and go as I please, free to worship, free to vote, free to have property, freedom of speech, freedom of choice, freedom of chosing politics, free to have employment of my choice, free to live where I want within reason and freedom to own a gun if I choose to have one. Ain't freedom great. The USA is a great place.

congratulations on your freedom and may god continue to bless you, i was merely speaking for the oppressed like myself in America.

some people are too lazy to work like myself, and we will never be free with a living wage job. we expect everything to be handed to us, even freedom.

if you don't feel free in your mind, then you aren't aware of your freedom in life.

If you're a military history or Marine Corps fan, it's awesome. If not, it might be a bit grim.

I'm looking over the other shows of the series that are available on Amazon.

My husband likes military shows and the neat thing about Amazon is if you watch a movie they will try to find the same type of movies to invite you to watch.

In your case you need to think of freedom as a state of mind. Maybe it will help you with your oppression.
Don't run that too lazy to work by me, I don't think of you as being lazy. You probably make a six figure salary from some liberal organization and spend your time on here trying to shock people with your liberal views.

unfortunately stupid can't be fixed in my case, i have learned to accept slavery.

in the good book it says we must be good slaves and serve our earthly masters, and i will continue to do my best.

thank you for the words of encouragement.

forgive me for not being my usual self, but i don't want to explain further in another thread and don't want to derail this thread anymore than i have.

i feel that i am overstaying my welcome with the bartender.

i have come to my conclusion rationally, based on objective observations, data sets, and empirical evidence from living in America.

It's probably due to too many Jamesons too close together. I try to stay away from the phone when that happens.

Have you ever tried to sleep on a train? It is not as sexy as it sounds. Or maybe it is.

Gotta be easier than sleeping under the 3-wire on an aircraft carrier for over a year.

Agreed. It took sheer exhaustion for me to learn to sleep during flight ops. Those are metal decks and airwingers are all directly underneath the flight deck (ship's company is below the hangar deck). Metal transmits noise exceptionally well when metal chocks are dropped on them, large arresting gear wires are stretched and dragged across them and, of course, 40,000 pound airplanes slam onto them.

If I can't sleep due to a constant clack-clack, I'll just use some of Granny's Reumatiz medicine and an Ambien. :D
