I'm sitting in a truck stop in Middle of Nowhere, Nevada, eating my 2 7-layer burritos from Taco Bell. So this song comes on their Muzak system. The original album it came on happens to be the first music recording I ever bought. Yes, it was an 8-track tape.

I was joking, because she has a great sense of humor and you couldn't hurt her feelings that way. I just thought that you didn't remember her name.

 

Oh, no, I knew her name. I have nothing against her. I was messing with her. I figure a true woman with a smart mouth must have gotten that from dealing with smart mouth men and women. I was just giving her, "the business", as we used to call teasing.

I went with Folgers Gourmet Coffee/Mountain Grown, and a little somethin somethin. The leftness be waking up..

 

We blogged back and forth and then we had coffee and cocktails together, but only on this site. Never met her, but like her
