A gal with very pretty nails and hands { smooth and long }
is a testament to what it takes to be a Woman.
A woman with bad hands and nails is worth little.It's the difference
between a Russian Peasant woman and Hottie Czech nightclub patron.

Because of all the chores that were forced upon them.

I have no idea what she looks like IRL nor do I think fingernails define a woman just like I don't think somebody's car or checkbook defines them. I do, however, think all can be seen a defining part of who they are. There are those who are just sharing like SMW and then there are those who seek to lord over others about how great they are. Which type of person are you most likely to be?

My 2003 Monte Carlo has heated seats and was quite affordable when I bought it a few months ago.

I still have the cough. But the rest of the aches and pains and the sneezing are all gone.

It usually takes a couple of weeks to get over a cough. Coughing is your lungs cleaning out the mess from your immune system attacking the virus.

O.J. is an old standby but caveat emptor.It's thick and causes the mouth
to get raw with all the OJ acid-effect.Chicken Noodle soup is probably
best.Clear broth even better.But that Zicam stuff can cause one to absolutely
lose their sense of taste and smell for long periods { almost a day }.
I'm not suggesting old fashioned stuff like smearing limburger cheese
on one's chest for a chest cold.
Here area few Cold Remedies that are news to me.
- Going to bed wearing a pair of socks soaked in cold water.
Cover the cold-soaked socks with wool socks and then get
under a blanket.It;s supposed to help relieve congestion from the head.

- Eating a raw onion.{ a natural antimicrobial and loaded with sulfur }
sulfur is helpful in immune responsiveness and detoxification.

- Munching on a little chocolate.The darker the chocolate the better.
Chocolate contains theobromine,a component that suppresses the
nerve activity of coughing.

- Eating raw oysters.Because they have a High Zinc content.

Which reminds me.THAT is where I got a bad experience and I
thought it was something like Zicam.
Some kind of Zinc Lozenge that I believe Rush Limbaugh was
plugging.I tried and couldn't taste my meals for more than
half a day.

 

I dunno know about Dallas but where I come from they play games with
the temps.Like yesterday ... It was widely advertised as being sunny most
the day.It was only partly sunny for only part of the day.
Years ago Lousiville had a weather guy { for over 30 years } his name
was Tom Wills.And he was very milquetoastish about reporting cold
weather and especially snow.In fact,he almost acted like he was being
held up at gunpoint whenever a severe snow storm was developing.
He always downplayed it.I know why.Kentuckians are petrified of
snow.Let them know they'll be a few inches or heaven forbid up to
5 or 6 inches and the grocery store shelves are emptied within hours
I swear ta God.Plus Kentuckians are scared silly to drive on snowy roads.
Because they don't know how.I come from Cleveland and most every family
had tire chains they put on whenever a big snow fall was predicted.
But about 20-25 years ago their was a Snow Storm predicted for Kentucky
and the Ohio Valley.Tom Wills kinda downplayed and said expect around
maybe 5 inches or a little more.Well My area got from 18 - 22 inches.

 

There was this kinda weird acting guy on - Tucker - last night debating
Climate Change.He was not any scientist or meteorologist.Just an EPA
Environmentalist.As usual the guy would not answer straight simple direct
questions.He kept insisting and he held up a piece of paper showing areas
of pink and a little spot of blue.He said most of the globe is warm right now.
That he just got back from some place in the Caribbean where it was 80 degrees.
I also heard from other Climate Change zealots that indeed what has transpired
in the last 2 weeks in the U.S. { record cold snap } is proof that Climate Change
exists.That Climate is Changing.That that Arctic jet stream just moved that cold
mass from Antarctica to North America.Like I guess it also means that it
is no longer that cold in the Arctic.These zealots are a trip.
