One of our guys is really sick with the flu, so I got called to go-in to work tonight.

I will only get to watch the first 1/2 hour of the Superbowl before I leave home.

Oh well, I don't really care about this game, other than hoping that the Eagles will beat New England.

But I can see the highlights of that game tomorrow morning on the morning news after my swing shift substitution is over.

Tonight I am guarding solo a vast outdoor mall with homeless transients, boozing teens, parked lovers, and car thieves. These will be my game. Everyone plays games, even God plays a game -- Aron Nimzowitsch world chess champion 1923, 25, 26, 29.

My job is to chase them all off the property so that shoppers can safely shop and also watch the game at the sports bars. Plus I also so first aid and CPR.

With the help of God, Holy Mary mother of Christ, Michael, Gabriel, Smith and Wesson I will be safe enough.

It's funny ... not really but I can't name a single song by this
Timberlake.I have no interest in finding out. He's Not a Rocker
or a good folk singer. Not known for his Band like most the
groups I like.I bought a - Deep Purple - CD today at Wall Mart.
They used to be The Loudest band in the late 60's,early
70's.I bought a new speaker { Subwoofer } for my Living room
stereo and I needed to test it out.- Deep Purple - was like other
    bands that used a synthesizer { moog ? }.As did Emerson,Lake & Palmer.
    King Crimson.
What instrument does this Timberlake play./ If no instrument then
he's pretty worthless.Because he ain't No Mick Jagger or Jim Morrison,
    not even a nickle's worth.

Thanks to Westwood One Radio I did get to hear the play by play broadcast by Boomer Isiason and Mike Holmgren live from Minneapolis over the radio.

Eagles jumped out to an early lead. They expanded that lead and then the Pat's closed the gap and took a one point lead. My worst fears were beginning to materialize. Brady has done this before. Even a huge lead over Brady can turn lethal.

But Nick Foles was awesome and returned score for score retaking the lead.

Finally in the last few minutes the Eagles defense finally woke up and pommelled Brady.

Question -- if Brady were younger could he have eluded the Eagles' defense better?

That's what everybody will be asking now.

You cannot run away from old age. Old age kills everyone.

The younger generations always take over.

Nick Foles looks like the younger generation taking over now.

Question is what do the Eagles do with Carson Wentz now? There is a quarterback controversy in the City Of Brotherly Love.

Wentz got a Superbowl ring but not the way he expected to.

They should build a statue to Nick Foles and put it right next to Benjamin Franklin's.

The Main thing was this years Superbowl game was good.
In fact, very good. Some superbowls are mere blowouts.
It is good that Brady did not get another ring. That would
diminish the relevance of a Superbowl and the NFL.
It'd be like watching a Little Rascals and Alfalfa always gettin'
pushed around and half beaten to a pulp by the neighborhood
    bully.

I thought it was OK, although it was pretty obvious he wasnt really singing. At least everybody was dressed... grungingly, but still, better than half nekkid.

    Good morning, y'all. Happy Monday.

That in my vast music-loving life is what is wrong with Today's
music.Total lack of authenticity. It probably started with Madonna.
Then of course her clone { Lady Gaga }. That is music for certain
types.Groupies { mostly teeny boppers }with no backgroup in instruments and
how they gel to impact a soundstage.Like expecting a 60's Ed Sullivan
presentation In studio where they are playing Band's song
and the band is lip-syncing the words.Almost acting like they are
    playing their instruments.

    Mw/C is great.

I thought about taping the game for the commercials. Decided it would be easier to watch the winners on Youtube through fan links - hopefully right on this thread. ;-)

She isn't that way now. Went Freaky-deek.

Yes.....easier to deck the halls(Wall Action) with Howls of Jolly, IMO.

Also she looks better since she lost the baby fat.

5 pounds of makeup does not a Lady make.
In fact,it is what Old Bags do.

Now Take Melania { First Lady } in her Superbowl sports jacket.
Worn yesterday at the Mar-a-Lago Party. It is very American and
also near perfect. In Red,white and blue.
It's a silk-satin AMIRI bomber jacket with red leather trim.
    Cost ... $ 2,100
I want one. I want one.
I wonder how long before Neiman Marcus carries them.
