    I just figgered it out.It's like Don't fool Mother Nature.
    Hutch,especially,looked much younger than the character
    he played.Possesing a boyish look.Which explains why he was marvelous
    in episodes where he had to put on a disguise.Using numerous disguises.
    A weathered rummy in the gutter.He was spot-on.
    So just as Life imitates art so does our personal life at times.
    Life was getting back at him for his once boyish looks.

    I think it was his one hit. He's not a great singer and the lyrics are somewhat sappy, but it still has its charms

    If you grow your own corn nothing to worry about. I am planting corn this year and it is heirloom corn. Not all corn is GMO and you can buy canned food in the store that is non GMO.

    Better dust it with insecticide or the caterpillars will eat it for you.

    When a small country sells out to big company the product is forever changed, like Pace picante sauce.

    Pigeon is tasty. I wouldn’t eat one that lived in the city. Down in the imperial valley where I duck hunt, I usually pick a dozen or so off with my air rifle along railroad tracks that lead to and from grain silos. Trains spill a little grain and pigeons feed on it. A piece of breast meat, a piece of cream cheese stuffed into a jalapeño and covered with a slice of pepperoni. Mmmm.

    That often is the kiss of death of TV Series stars.However his lead role in
    - Salem's Lot - { 1979 } was Very good.One of the best Dracula Horror
    movies ever.Plus it was lengthy,and it worked.I will eventually get a copy.
    Obvioulsy he had a hard time shedding his - Starksy & Hutch - notoriety.
    Maybe his agent was weak.Or like I said ... his looks.He had that sort
    of David Cassidy feel.Meaning too Pop star and not enough True Grit
    like a strong western star or even everyman { Jimmy Stewart }.
    Let alone a strong virile male like Clark Gable.Or Spencer Tracy.
    That sort of character has to be established and developed early on.
    Like a James Cagney or Edward G. Robinson.Especially the
    Kirk Douglas and Burt Lancaster and Glenn Ford.

    I never had kids of my own, but enjoy being an uncle and Poppa Max. They're fun but I can always play the "Okay, kid. Go back to your momma" card. :)

    Let me guess ... Tastes like dark chicken ... Right.
    They say the same about snake meat.Frogs do taste like chicken.
    But then they look { when skinned } like tiny chickens.
    But you hear a lot about Squab when watching certain movies from the
    late 50's and early 60's.I wonder if Marlon Brando { virtually Lived to eat }
    ever had Squab.Y'know after his role as Terry Malloy { - On the Waterfront - }
    where he raised pigeons atop his waterfront apartment.

    Radishes are way too bland.But a good addition in a Health salad.
    I tried a health salad from by Favorite Grocer in the big city.
    Where their Derby city Chicken salad is Tops.This Health salad
    featured brussel sprouts.I am good at cooking brussel sprouts.
    This Health salad had Raw Brussel Sprouts.Bad idea.Does not work.
    Truly misplaced.This salad also had a lot of kale.
    I eat my own salads every lunchtime.I just started using kale last
    summer.I normally use Green or Red leaf lettuce.Sometimes
    Romaine with a little Raddicio.With White Balsamic vinegar and
    blue cheese dressing.Or a good Ceasar dressing.Plus stuff
    added from the Olive bar I load up on.Sometimes cut up
    artichokes.But tender marinated artichokes are often not tender.
    Topped with a couple nice juicy and fresh cherry tomatoes {sliced }.

    Most all corn sold is of the Monsanto variety.What Monsanto did to force
    it's GMO variety was buy farms that were in forclosure and then plant their
    GMO corn.Thru pollination any neighboring farm that used it's own
    Heirloom seed was then corrupted with GMO seed.Making it closer to
    a GMO hybrid than a full heirloom.
    Monsanto did not accomplish this overnight but thru heavy investment over
    the years and their ability to corrupt those in the Ag Dept.
    Monsanto has over 20,ooo employees and is worth over $ 20 Billion.
    The U.S. Agriculture Dept. has a huge budget { over $ 140 Billion }
    however over 80 % of it is for the Food Stamp Program.

    Radishes are basically bitter and somewhat sharp.
    Then again ... celery isn't all that either.Nor carrots.
    That is why they are so necessary in stuff like stews.
    They won't overpower and add needed crunch.

    these days saying something tastes like chicken is the same as saying it tastes like a rice cake, zero flavor. Well except my wife’s rooster. He tried to spur me again the other day so I snatched him up and wrung him out. Now he really did taste like chicken.
