We are suppose to get some rain today and tomorrow. Its a bit muggy out with only a lil sun showing now and then. I wasn't planning on going out today. Worked a long night last night. Figured I would just chill out. Get some paperwork done. Get my bills and personal paperwork done. Maybe unpack a couple more boxes.

Tomorrow or Tuesday I have to take the car in for an oil change. Its all I got on the agenda until Thursday.

Robert Zimmerman.Who couldn't wait to graduate High
school in Minnesota. And split town.He virtually travelled and
was - Like a Rolling Stone -. Looking for Ideas as a Band member
and Lyrics. He was sort of a Rock Star Poet. And he knows it.
But technically he was Not a Poet but a Lyricist.
So by extention he was a Lyric poet.Which explains his name
change. From his readings of Dylan Thomas.
Martin Scorsese has a nice Documentary on Bob Dylan.
I remember about 12 or so years ago Ramblin' Jack Elliot
was insisting that he taught Dylan most of what made him popular.
And that Robert Zimmerman had a habit of borrowing elements from
other guys { like Bobby Vee } and arranging it to suit his bona fides
    as a Music maker.

I hate unpacking that is not a job for a procrastinator. Always managed to procrastinate till it was time to pack up and leave again. I wont even bore you with how many times we have moved. Hubby's job kept us on the go. We were not suppose to stay in one spot longer than 3 years, sometimes it was less than that. Like a tribe of Gypsys we were.

It looks like she rattles while she walks.

(not that there's anything bad about that...)

It's not my favorite song from the fantastic album "Strange Angels", but it is good. I haven't met a woman who doesn't like it.

I think there's probably some kind of secret, subversive female messaging hidden in there.

I have moved around a lot too. As a kid and an adult. Been East Coast, West Coast, Down South Mash-up. Did my time overseas. Although, I am only looking forward to one more move. This last time I was in the house for 18 and half years. Longest place in my life and I didn't want to give it up. This next time will be me into my own house. Last time.

Then its just Keep on Movin......around the house and property. [IMG]

    Early Country { 50's & 60's } had that clean acoustic sound.
Because they used American made guitars and amps.
And Music making mavericks like Chet Atkins helped to
    promote that Nashville sound.
I have a Greatest Hits LP { just got 2 weeks ago } from Johnny
Cash and it ememplified that clean, clear sound.
I also have a splendid Chet Atkins CD { well recorded } that
personifies that clean, rich, totally undistorted Guitar sound.
It takes the right equipment and mikes to achieve that sound.
    Just so ya know.

In other words the next time you move from your next house will be one where they say, "Don't he look natural."
