My general observation is women basically talk about things that make you think too hard. Its mentally draining. After a while you feel like you need to go outside and have a cigarette and you don't even smoke.

Guys are more fun. They get pissed off and can ram a plow bar though someone's truck door. Then someone walks away the Alpha. Everyone else has fun watching that happen like its no big deal, lets get some work done and clown around doing it.

Doing group assignments in uni with a majority female group was annoying as hell because not only were they against the brilliant ideas of meeting up after lunch (they always wanted to meet up at sunrise) and/or just do the readings and freestyle the presentation (absolutely unthinkable), but also did they never get anything done. They wanted to meet up in the morning, but the first few hours were always spent talking crap about other group members, reviewing the last episode of some trashy soap and pointing fingers at the strangers around us... And they actually expected me to join in.

It was always easier with an all-guys group; then you could just agree on who reads what parts and then just freestyle a presentation. If you were in a group of an uneven gender ratio, say two guys and one girl, the girl usually became extremely passive and expected us, guys, to take the lead and whenever we were joking around with each other, she'd tell us to "stop fighting" .

Female collegues still do the backstabbing thingy and just seem generally more vicious than tjeir male counterparts. :p
