Again, you need to try thinking for a few minutes. I am not the one making the braindead, idiotic claims of mass voter fraud that you are now demanding that I defend. That's dumber than a sack of hammers. You are asking me to prove a claim that I disagree with. If you don't understand how that's idiotic, then I might be able to recommend some elementary school students who can offer tutoring on such a simple concept.

Prove the earth is flat! Prove it now! Even if you disagree with it! See how dumb that is. That's what you are asking me for.

Please stop side stepping the question our stop posting your misinformation.. If you don't know the answer just admit it...

Is this how our system works on burglaries or murders.... or only for election fraud?...

""Please tell us physically were this evidence of voter fraud is located..If a sworn affidavit claim that a poll watchers saw unsigned ballots... is that poll watchers suppose to walk over and take the ballot for evidence? Is that how that works? One claim ballots being signed in the parking lot... how is that person suppose to obtain the video surveillance of the parking lot?""

You haven't actually asked me any real question. You are demanding that I provide evidence for YOU, because you have none. You are demanding that I prove YOUR conspiracy brainfart is legit. But I disagree with your conspiracy brainfart. Your are demanding that a person who understands that the earth is not flat . . . prove the earth is flat. You're being incoherent.

You keep asking me for evidence of mass fraud. No such evidence exists. You are asking me to prove YOUR braindead conspiracy theories.

Is that a joke? What is it that you didn't understand about that the burden of proof always rests with the claimant? Where did I ever claim anything about voter fraud? That's your hero's claim since well before the election, did you forget? What is it that you don't understand about that the purpose of the Committee is to investigate the FACTS surrounding the 1/6 insurrection?

I think you need to brush up on reading comprehension.

Nope…. valid questions…. many sworn affidavits and Trump is the victim… where is the physical evidence he would need to prove his case located at… behind lock and key and not available to him.
I liked the one committee witness saying the boxes they drug out during the shutdown count where not just any old boxes, they were locked boxes… and they still contained more ballots…. After the count was shut down.

Incorrect, he is a prime suspect, not a victim. The evidence supporting his criminal activities continues to pile up with each Committee session. This isn't about voter fraud, that subject is strictly his personal invented conspiracy which lacks any supporting evidence. Even his complicit attorney (Giuliani) agrees, lots of theories but no evidence.

Bowers told the committee that he recalled Giuliani telling him, ″’We’ve got lots of theories, we just don’t have the evidence.’”

    https://www.huffpost.com/entry/rudy...-committee-hearing_n_62b2316ae4b06169ca9f1639

And in support of Bowers' claim, Giuliani has never produced any evidence of voter fraud.

But again, this is the 1/6 Committee, not "Trump's voter fraud theory committee" and voter fraud is not the subject matter no matter how much you want it to be. And like I said, anytime Trump wants to testify in his defense and present exculpatory evidence, I'm 100% sure the Committee would welcome his testimony and so would I. But if he doesn't, the Committee might subpoena him anyway and he still will have the opportunity to present whatever he wants to present in his defense. Raising tantrums about voter fraud is not a defense for accusations of insurrection and obstructing Congress. And all your voter fraud arguments (i.e. unsubstantiated theories) are irrelevant to the subject matter.

It is not about Trump testimony... it is the ability for someone representing him to cross examine the witnesses as they just freely say what they want without some one questioning them ... like Barr who needs a lot of questions asked of his "not finding election fraud"

" Mr. Barr ...you said you seen no evidence of voter fraud, please explain exactly how and what you did to investigate any and all voter election fraud to "make an effort to look into these to satisfy ourselves? Can you present to us the report of your findings in detail? ""
"Mr. Barr..Did you literally check the data in the various audits that were completed and presented publicly that claimed voter election fraud and verified or discredit their findings?"
"Mr. Barr...There were many sworn affidavits signed under the penalty by citizens... did you look into those allegations at all? If you found they lied and bogus did you charge those people with perjury? Did you or your department interview those complainants"
"Mr. Barr...You said ""you were influenced by the fact the early claims you understood were completely bogus""... does this indicates you personally tossed them aside due to someone else's opinion, not your own?"
"Mr. Barr... if a common citizen were to look for evidence of voter election fraud, where would this evidence be physically located after the election is over? Would a common citizen or even Mr. Trump have access to this evidence after the election?... "
"Mr. Barr ... have you watched 2000 mules? You dispute the "science" which with it was made with... it is cell triangulation data used every day by law enforcement coupled with video surveillance... did you look into their methods and claims? You laughed during your testimony, why was that?"

"Mr Barr... you told Mr. Trump the election was not stolen... was that statement based on what you have testified in the above questions? Did you make that statement to the president under the results of good honest complete investigation into voter election fraud "

Yes I understand there is no place for humor in politics. Just one of many things that make it ugly.

The Committee's prime suspect in the 1/6 insurrection is Donald Trump. So Trump's testimony, if he were to give it, would be critical to their investigation. So while it's not about it, it would definitely add quite a bit to the overall picture.

What witnesses say is directly related to the questioning. It's not a court of law so there is no cross examination. All members of the Committee have an opportunity to question every witness. This is a non sequitur.

You keep coming back to a totally irrelevant issue. Again for the umpteenth time, the 1/6 Committee is not about election fraud, it's about 1/6. But see above if that's your only concern.

There are scores of witnesses who've testified as to what that dullard said. Moreover, he's publicly stated a great deal. What he has said is not in question. Besides, he could've volunteered to be deposed, and has instead chosen to hide and also destroy evidence.

You're guessing here. While it may not be a court, that doesn't mean Trump could not have had counsel and made an appearance. Besides, I have the feeling that Trump will get his day in court.

You don't understand the hearings, or evidence. Perhaps watch the hearings and read up on what they're about. Trump has repeatedly claimed that "election fraud" was the basis of his continued whining and the basis of his bullshit challenges to the election of Joe Biden. He used his whining to stir idiots up, and to attack the Capitol so that he could try to assert martial law, which would give him additional time to defraud the American people. It's the entire foundation of his culpability here. You should be ashamed and embarrassed that you didn't grasp that.

Duh, there's no disagreement here (in fact you're repeating what I already posted with respect to Trump volunteering to testify in his defense) but that doesn't change anything I posted that you're quoting.

How can I be guessing when you're mostly repeating what I posted (minus your "feeling")? Does that mean you're also guessing?

So by your claim it means YOU don't understand the hearings or evidence since you're partly echoing what I posted. And in fact, it's YOU who doesn't understand (see below).

The 1/6 Committee is a Congressional investigation into 1/6, all of it. While Trump and his actions are central to it, it's not just about Trump and claims of election fraud or even his culpability, it's about everything that leads up to and following 1/6, which of course is mostly because of but not limited to Trump.

You should be ashamed and embarrassed that you haven't figured out we agree in part but YOU fail to grasp the totality of the investigation. Trump isn't the only person culpable here, 1/6 doesn't happen without his accomplices/sycophants. In a just world, following the investigation, quite a few people would be referred to the DOJ for prosecution in addition to Trump. Why do you suppose a host of these criminals requested blanket pardons?
