The are absolutely not hoaxes, they happened. When stuff like this happens we should not just simply let it go as a hoax. These people should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This is still a hate crime. These people are trying to inflame race relations. They should be charged as harshly as a white person would be charged.
How is it not a hate crime. He still wrote those messages on his peers doors. The race of the offender has nothing to do with it. It does not matter if he was black. I looked at this thread and was thinking the story is over and done with. Now, I'm not sure. This so called hate crime was done by the black man claiming the crime was against him. The cadet wrote those things looking for sympathy. He is no longer a cadet. He resigned or was expelled for doing that. Aside from that.
