    Error correction - should read: "For what it's worth, Socialism exists nowhere. It's key reference is the total governmental ownership of the means of production."

    Which has proven to fail in the development of a viable economy.

    Which of the self-identifying socialists here says socialism is total government ownership of the means of production? AFAIK they all try to blame the failures of such economies on Lenin's absurd and oxymoronic anti-concept, "state capitalism."
