Constitutional rights are not "a hobby". As for the "recind mental health checks" meme, it was flawed law. Claiming a 66 year old who can't balance their check book has no right to self-defense is wrong. We need a better system. The "no fly list" is flawed due to lack of due process. Automatically banning anyone on that list from owning a gun is a lack of due process. Fix it then come back and talk.

What if a child walks into a public library and the Constitution falls down from a shelf, hits him in the head so hard that he dies and the government decides to regulate the height of book shelves, forcing every library to keep their books on the floor.
