Among Republicans/Democrats, and Liberals/Conservatives, there are different types of ongoing battles, such as........

    A batte of beliefs
    A battle of ideologies
    A battle of rationalities
    A batte of opinions
    A battle of ideas
    A battle of critics

.........thus, a whole lot of controversies, and in many impartial minds, the big question is; Who's right, who's wrong, who's partly right, who's partly wrong?

Well, when there's an ongoing dispute between our two major political parties, I often seek an outsider's perspective, and/or a different point of view.

    ----------------------------

    Let's begin......

MASS DISTRIBUTION OF UNSOLICITED MAIL-IN-BALLOT KITS.

    Outsider's perspective; CANADA'S ELECTION ACT

NOTE: Canada's Election Act isn't a solution to our election controversies, but ''FOR A BETTER UNDERSTANDING''

According to my research, in Canada, an independent state-owned enterprise called ''Elections Canada'' is responsible for administering Canadian federal elections, and its Chief Electoral Officer is appointed by their Legislative Branch.

Number of Employees; 500 (Permanent) up to 235,000 (election period)

Also, ''Elections Canada'' has an advisory Board......... ''to provide advice to the Chief Electoral Officer on matters relating to Canada's electoral system, its voting processes, etc., etc., etc.

THUS, all of the above looks quite depoliticized to me.

    NEXT........''Elections Canada''......rules pertaining to Mail-in-Ballots/Vote by mail

Anyone may vote by mail, but

    YOU MUST APPLY

YOU MUST REQUEST to vote by mail, Period!
