    As anounced by their foreign minister, Spain will veto the direct entrance or "remain" option of an independent Sotland to the EU; albeit they will consider it if they exit it, and try to enter it by convencional means, which is much slower.

    This is posible, as all state members have a say. And with its independece problems, Spain does not want any positive example. Not even Gibraltar.

    Even so, they will not oppose in the Ulster matter, they want a special transit permit (despite being inside UK), or if they want to become Irish.
