Yup!

The SCrOTUS ruling on the Massachusetts case where a liquor license was denied because the State had handed off the responsibility of approving/denying applications to religious institutions set the legal PRECEDENT that TX cannot hand over enforcing their DENIAL of Women's Rights legislation to random members of the public.

Those 5 SCrOTUS justices FAILED to UPHOLD the Constitution and RENEGED on their Oath of Office.

Impeachment applies because bad behavior INCLUDES failing to ABIDE by their Oath of Office.

The ONLY question is WHO would PRESIDE given that Roberts is one of those who should be impeached?

Speaking to MSNBC on Monday, legal analysts attacked Justice Amy Coney Barrett for her "partisan hackery" while she was speaking to Mitch McConnell's political school in Kentucky.

Dahlia Lithwick, Slate's legal correspondent, related Coney Barrett's speech to being like something out of "The Onion." She noted it was like the "Casablanca" police officer pretending he didn't know gambling was going on in the place he'd been gambling.

"That's just straight-up trolling," said Lithwick. "One thing I really noticed and I think kind of got lost in the irony today is the way in which she went to an event, as you said, it was a Mitch McConnell event, and the press was not advised that it was happening. There are no recordings of it. The handful of reporters that were there were allowed to take notes."

You make an excellent point with your rebuttal post. I want you to be aware (if you aren't already) that certain GOP authoritarians like G.W. Bush and Liz Cheney, for examples, also want to impeach certain political figures because they don't like the rulings and political stances of certain political figures and not because of the unconstitutionality of the stances of said political figures..
