Not really, the nazis wanted to slaughter jews, not ban them, even if they had early some projects to deport them on Madagascar if I remember well.
The problem is that muslim community will always go with that minority of jihadist willing to slaughter the rest of the population. There is until now two reactions, the apathy of european which apparently don't care of being slaughtered and barely punish the jihadists that commited many awfull crimes and the reaction of the burmes and the chinese (even if it's absolutly known that what started burmese violent repression is an attack from the rohingya which caused 140 victims, there is insights that the ultra violent repression of china those last month started with some attacks).
