It was property of their local community. That's a far stretch from their private property. The difference is so obvious that even you can understand that. Breaking down a community gate should not put a reasonable person in fear of their safety. I have an alternative theory for you. It didn't escalate further people the protesters weren't there to invade their house. Yes. Run away so I don't have to read any more of your worthless uneducated opinions.
There is a lot of middle ground between tearing down a community gate and acting violently. I'm not saying these folks had to wait for protesters to walk to their front door. Had protesters walked on their property towards their house, then I could see reasonable apprehension of fear that would warrant showing their guns. This is some dumb non-sequitur nonsense. Okay you're not worth my time thanks for playing.
I know, legitimate complaints are unacceptable in the new violent America that we must embrace, lest we be racist supremacists!
What is your interest in defending known criminals committing known crimes? What is your interest in the persecution of honest citizens, in fear for their property and possibly their lives? Honestly! I don't understand why anyone would possibly support the complete and total breakdown of societies. Just what kind of society are you wanting to live in? Have you grown up with fantasies of "Escape From New York"? "Escape From LA"?
What criminals am I defending? My interest is not living in a country where stupid people pull out their guns whenever they are in unreasonable fear of their safety. We're not witnessing the complete and total breakdown of society. Save the mindless melodrama for your kin. I am immune.
Calling another poster crazy, are you? What would a party of baby killers know about humanity except how to end it?
Missouri AG Moves To Dismiss Charges Filed Against St. Louis Couple Who Brandished Firearms To Defend Selves From Mob. Crazed Vile America Hating St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner filed charges against a St. Louis couple for defending themselves by deploying legal firearms when a lawless mob broke into their property. Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the Central West End couple who confronted protesters June 28 with a rifle and a handgun that can’t fire, have been improperly charged with unlawful use of a weapon/flourishing by Left-Wing radical Kim Gardner. This crazed nut is trying to charge them with a class D felony that could result in one to four years in prison as well as fines up to $5,000. Last week, Eric Schmitt, Missouri State Attorney General, ripped Kim Gardner’s decision to send police to confiscate the guns, Today Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt quickly moved to dismiss charges brought by radical St. Louis’ top prosecutor. He released the following statement: The briefs, which were filed this afternoon, can be found here.
I answered your questions. Maybe you should try framing your questions better. Or perhaps you should try asking less stupid questions. I'm indifferent, though. Your opinion means less than nothing to me. So I could care less about changing it.
Sadly, and too often, the authorities are protecting criminal activity against law abiding citizens. I don't have much hope. I would be surprised if the courts rule in favor of the state Attorney General. I think we're done for. I think that those, who want to destroy the nation have already won.
Good. Now a jury of Americans who've been watching 'BLM' loot and burn buildings across the nation for months can decide whether or not this couple was justified in brandishing their firearms at a large group of protestors who just destroyed a gate to get in. I was worried St Louis was gonna get away with confiscating their rifle without even charging them with anything.
That's up to the Missouri Voters. Their State Judges stand for election. Never EVER count America out. We hold ourselves in check because we know the depths of our unleashed fury. Continue to hold yourself in check, and vote a straight Republican ticket in Nov. We'll do our fighting with ballots.

Did you see where some of them were standing? It's as if you didn't watch the videos. It went way beyond that. You've almost got me convinced you didn't watch the videos. Or maybe you only watched the lefty edited ones where they only showed you what they wanted you to see. And this is what I was hoping for. HOW DO YOU KNOW???????????? What's that?.....you don't know? That's EXACTLY why you defend yourself. You have no clue what their intentions are and given what we've seen recently, it's pretty reasonable to think they were there to do a LOT more than just protest and walk by peacefully. And ending with the classy and 100% expected personal attack. Keep on pushing the agenda, you've got an election in november to worry about. Don't let facts get in the way of that.
Post your source to back your claim. Otherwise it’s just another leftist liberal progressive propaganda hoax.
I’m not a detective, I’m a juror asking you to prove your case. And when I ask you to back your claim you give some BS response. Pathetic, simply pathetic. Again, prove your statement of
Having trouble backing your word? We’ve had the same trouble with slackies wanting to become Special Forces. Do you have what it takes? Can you endure the physical demand of BUDs training? C’mon brother, give it all you got. Prove your case of
