Actually evidence goes to the Judicial Branch of gov’t. Law enforcement is part of the Executive Branch. You should have learned that in 4th grade civics. The Judicial Branch judges the law. The Executive Branch executes the law. The Legislative Branch creates the law.

1) They weren't actually stopping people, people were stopping for them. I would think they need a citation for blocking a public roadway though. 2) They don't point the firearms at people, they simply have them. Nuanced difference.

Even if all 18 were considered murder by law enforcement that would still only be 13%.
