So it turns out that for the most part, Stalin and by extension the USSR was a Nazi-collaborator regime from 1939 to 1941. The Soviets signed a friendship & defense treaty with the Nazis, allowing the Nazis to conquer Poland and Lithuania and attack Western Europe. The Soviets in exchange, would be allowed to conquer Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Moldova. But this wasnt just about territory. Stalin and the Soviets supplied Hitler with natural resources, intelligence, and EVEN gave him German Communists who fled to the USSR. He literally turned over Communists to the Nazis, so they could be put in concentration camps. Does that make Stalin a Nazi collaborator? a Nazi ally? from 1939 to 1941, he definitely was. https://www.theguardian.com/books/2...-pact-stalin-1938-1941-roger-moorhouse-review https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German–Soviet_Commercial_Agreement_(1940) https://www.jstor.org/stable/20170949 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German–Soviet_Credit_Agreement_(1939)#Later_events_and_total_trade
