The Judiciary Committee are the ones that pass the resolution which would go before the entire House..

Said Committee is not just Democrats.

Committees are set up to not just be one party for a reason.

For some info... Now... Why Mello does Nadler NOT want Republicans to be able to call witnesses?

The country has NEVER be run this way.

If they can get a majority of their committee to agree, they can call witnesses.
We do lots of things different lately. Like refusing to consider scotus appointments.

You got your little Nuclear rule rubbed in your faces its like you guys dont see how both parties take advantage over precedent being set.

There’s no precedent to refuse to consider a Supreme Court justice. And it has nothing to do with any nuclear rule.
Nuclear rule is about how many votes it takes, and Garland didn’t even get that far.

Thanks, I didn’t think you made arguments in good faith. Glad to have confirmation.

Of course they don't. The trumpettes want the criminals to approve who gets to testify and what documents can be produced.
Even after a formal vote, they now claim it's another "partisan witch hunt" (where have we heard that before ?) just because all the Republican partisans voted nay.

    Neat, isn't it ?

Trump's Cronies can STONEWALL all Subpoenas (unless the SCOTUS forces them).

    A fine lot of thieves.
