StemExpress has thrown in the towel and said enough is enough. They will now no longer conduct Business with Planned Parenthood. All the publicity is to much for the Tissue Procurement Company. Now PP has to worry about others cutting ties with them too. What say ye?

StemExpress, a tissue company that does work with fetal organs, announced on Friday that they will no longer work with Planned Parenthood. StemExpress was one of the companies that received fetal organs sold by Planned Parenthood that was profiled in the Center for Medical Progress' undercover video series.

    From Politico:

The small biomedical tissue procurement company is distancing itself from Planned Parenthood after finding itself tangentially linked to what abortion opponents allege is Planned Parenthood’s illegal trafficking of fetal tissue and organs.....snip~

Tangentially linked? S.E. had paid personnel on site to get the material and they paid PP for the material. That ain't a tangent.

"opponents allege..." None of the videos show that Planned Parenthood has done anything illegal. StemExpress is concerned about allegations of its own:

In blatantly edited videos, a "former StemExpress technician Holly O’Donnell claims that she once saw another (StemExpress) technician appear to obtain fetal tissue without a patient’s consent. StemExpress “unequivocally” denied the claim. "

So what was left out of these blatantly edited videos?
You did watch both the edited and complete videos, didn't you?
Otherwise you'd just be repeating what others who didn't watch them either had said.

Yeah B, not when they admit they have to get past the inquiries themselves.

“We value our various partnerships but, due to the increased questions that have arisen over the past few weeks, we feel it prudent to terminate activities with Planned Parenthood,” the company said in a statement. “While we value our business relationship with Planned Parenthood, that work represents a small percentage of our overall business activity and we must focus our limited resources on resolving these inquiries.”

It released the statement after POLITICO had reported the decision to sever the relationship.....snip~

Lamborghini isn't happy about this news.

Very hard to call it shipping charges when SE did all the work and walked out with a cooler full of parts ;)

Notice the title of this one: Intact Fetuses "Just a Matter of Line Items" for Planend Parenthood TX Mega-Center
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCiD9_ICt44

"Just a matter of line items" refers to something entirely different in the unedited video, not "intact fetuses" as claimed. The edit is unmistakable.

The Hill reported the last video wasn't edited. Moreover CMP released all Unedited videos, which were extensively longer.

    Either way.....States are defunding them.

As well as any looking to catch them with any violations. Like those down in Florida were caught with.

Some states are defunding them, this is just an excuse for them, because none of the videos have found PP doing anything illegal. Several states have investigated, and found nothing:

Please provide a link from "The Hill" for your claim.

Maybe this will help clarify it for ya ...
“If we alter our process, and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, we can make it part of the budget that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this. It’s all just a matter of line items.”

PP in the states that found nothing illegal don't have donation programs so, yeah, they don't sell baby parts in those states.

PP said there are fewer than 5 ... I heard there were at least 2 ... I believe California and, according to this video, apparently Texas.

Yes some state have found nothing, and now Arkansas has joined in with the others and did so after BO and his Team said something. Not all PP Clinics have been doing anything wrong. But this does not speak for all of them. Furthermore this is also PP's own people telling on themselves. Setting their ownselves out. Their own words to be used against them.

There is no need to Federally Fund them.....the Demos are protecting them. Due to that 500mil they get from PP.

Inspectors find violations at SWFL Planned Parenthood clinics....

Florida officials say three of the 16 Planned Parenthood facilities inspected last week were performing procedures beyond their licensing authority, and one facility was not keeping proper logs relating to fetal remains.

"These facilities have been notified to immediately cease performing second trimester abortions. The Agency may take additional actions against these facilities including administrative sanctions," the release stated.

The AHCA report states investigators identified 21 second-trimester abortions were performed between July 1, 2014 and June 30, 2015 at the clinic on College Parkway. The Naples clinic performed 19 during that same time period.....snip~

... the Florida PP is going with an argument that focuses on recent Florida Law regarding 2nd trimester abortion, right?

Except on Wednesday, PP didn't have any comment. Then later they came out with that Florida changed the law on them. What was interesting to note was. PP was in the news and they didn't think about tightening down on rules. Like records over fetal remains.

No I didn't miss what PP said.....did you miss this part?

and one facility was not keeping proper logs relating to fetal remains.....snip~

Keeping records of Bio Hazard Waste. Is not just a clerical error.

    Oh and the Hill piece.

The anti-abortion group targeting Planned Parenthood released a sixth video Wednesday — but this time included no secretly recorded footage.

The latest video from The Center for Medical Progress featured an interview with a former lab technician, whose company partnered with Planned Parenthood. The woman, who described herself as an “ex-procurement technician,” claimed that her co-workers sometimes did not seek a woman’s consent before obtaining aborted fetus tissue to be used for medical research.

The newest video raises questions about The Center for Medical Progress's remaining weeks of its campaign against Planned Parenthood. Its founder, David Daleiden, has said he has hundreds of hours of footage, which could be released over the next 12 videos.....snip~

The Hill was wrong about its assessment on the questions. It doesn't raise the questions about CMP. It raises even more questions about PP.

So 5 heavily edited deceptive videos, and one unedited video of "almost entirely on O’Donnell, who described herself as "very pro-life." She is a former employee of StemExpress and claimed "that she once saw another (StemExpress) technician appear to obtain fetal tissue without a patient’s consent. StemExpress “unequivocally” denied the claim. "

Naturally, StemExpress and PP denied the claim. Its not like they will admit to any wrong doing. To do so is an Admission of breaking the law. Yes that's how Whistleblowers work. You don't think she will be the last whistleblower do you?

What you have is a former StemExpress employee claiming the appearance of wrongdoing by a fellow StemExpress employee, not PP.

Yes of a fellow employee, working in a Fresno PP clinic.

In the 10 minutes of footage released Wednesday morning, Holly O'Donnell, a former lab technician at Stem Express, talks about the process of gathering intact fetal body parts during the abortion process at several Planned Parenthood clinics in California. Stem Express contracted with clinics to obtain fetal tissue and organs the company could later sell to researchers.

The normal procedure was to first get the consent of patients to donate the tissue, as required by law. But O'Donnell said some of her coworkers — namely, a woman named "Jessica" — of sometimes taking the fetal parts anyway, even if a woman hadn't consented to it.

In the sixth video, O'Donnell also charges that the Planned Parenthood clinic she worked at in Fresno, California had a "morbid" environment. "You could hear screaming, you could hear crying," she said.....snip~

"""Stem Express contracted with clinics to obtain fetal tissue and organs the company could later sell to researchers.""""

So it's Stem Express that's selling the parts....

    Has "Jessica" been investigated?

A "morbid" environment" ? "Screaming and crying""...? Oh c'mon, now THAT's against the law??? Gee, it just must be the women screaming as they're dragged in off the street and forced to have an abortion....
