Taste, most people would not know the difference. With Bison or Beef that is grass fed and grass finished, cooking is very different. Lean meat is very easy to overcook, you start hot to sear and then switch to low heat to finish. But it's all good if it is raised good. To the uninitiated, grass fed and grass finished beef does not taste like "beef".

Healthier, is it? I don't think so. Organic natural grown grass is one of the best nutrients on this planet. However our digestive system cannot digest this plant material so we need a substitute, the grazers of the world, ruminants. They eat the grass and recover the nutrients we need. Bison and cows are of the same family and it is hard to tell the difference except for that bison is a little leaner than cow. My local source for grass fed, grass finished beef had what she called a fat cow as the hamburger was only 93% lean where normally it is around 95%.

Now their is a site that sells grass fed and grain finished bison for cheaper, but that should be avoided as it destroys the health benefit. According to my source, it takes less than 30 days for a grass fed animal to lose it's Omega 3/Omega profile when finished on grain. A properly grass finished animal will not only be very lean but will have an Omega 3/Omega 6 profile similar to that of cold water fish. The Omega 3 fatty acids are essential for good health. From the University of Maryland Medical School:

If you will notice, beef is not on this list. Why, because most beef has been destroyed by grain and then after aging being soaked in a salt brine to artificially increase weight. Grain fed beef has a high Omega 6 ratio which is bad for you.

Good analysis...... he didn't get very far.......
but with 2020 looming on the horizon again his campaign at minimum has "artistic value" that I believe can be transformed into diplomatic value and ECONOMIC VALUE?!

Your analysis was correct... he did not win the nomination.......
and toward the end of his campaign he clearly threw his support behind Mr. Donald Trump.
