Stop Joining the Woke Military

It's sad but the shining light is the fact that the actual military itself isn't taking too kindly to what the government is trying to transform the military into. Nor are they complying anywhere near what the official statements are claiming. The headlines of what the media is claiming the military is doing vs what the military is actually doing are pretty different. As with most stuff we just lie and say we are doing what they mandate.

For example we are mandated under the new progressive Pentagon to conduct day long "readiness training" once per month which was military sounding jargon for woke training. The political brass would push out memo's instructing what we were to give classes on that day. Racism, trans acceptance, white guilt, sexual assault etc. We complied a total of once back when it first started with the first memo coming down from woke brass saying that months class must be on telling white people they suck for being white. After that we stopped listening to them and took those days and dedicated it to giving instruction on MOS specific tasks for our Soldiers. Then we write up memo's claiming we just conducted race theory training. Those days are now spent giving actual beneficial MOS specific training to our Soldiers from their NCO's for a couple hours then they send them off to lunch for like 4 hours then they send them home. The only part we comply with is the ceasing all operations for the day, the rest we do whatever we want.

That's what they do anyway, me I take the day to catch up on paperwork since operations are stopped then me and the boys head to the bar around lunch time for some day drinking because we're all in the top echelon of the unit food chain and we can do that.

Somebody tried to file an anonymous IG complaint on our Boss a few weeks ago. He held a unit wide formation with the piece of paper in hand and said listen up everyone: Look here somebody filed an anonymous IG complaint against me for how I run this unit and JAG has returned it to me for evaluation. For the sake of transparency I will now read you what I wrote on this form for IG as my recommended course of action. If any Soldier has a personal issue with how this unit is ran to the point of wanting to file an IG complaint then I encourage them to utilize my open door policy and come speak to me. I will then personally drive them over to the IG's office and sit down in front of the IG while they present their concerns. If that Soldier no longer wishes to be a part of our organization then I will personally generate the paperwork to have them removed from our unit at their earliest request without question.

(Still his words, paraphrasing obviously). That's the official statement I wrote to IG. Here's what I mean in easier to understand terms. You've never heard me refer to any of you as boys and girls like some other Commanders do. I call you men and women because that's what you are and that's how I see each of you. If you have a problem with me then have the balls to come talk to me like an adult instead of writing anonymous crybaby letters to JAG saying the Commander is mean. No matter what it is I'm doing, if the lowest Private in our organization comes up requesting to speak to me I will stop and give you as much of my time as I can and encourage you to speak your mind freely. I've said that every single time we have a formation and I get to speak to all of you and I mean that sincerely. What I don't respect is you being so much of a coward that you won't even let me give you some of my limited free time to come tell me what you feel I'm doing wrong. So to whichever one of you thought you could IG me and it would matter here's a reality check. IG said your concerns don't warrant further investigation and the case is already closed. If that hurts your precious little feelings then I have already generated up the form to process you out of our organization no questions asked. The form is already signed and sitting in my inbox outside of my office. I'm leaving today at 1700 on the dot to have dinner with my wife for once, I promise you I won't see you come grab it. Come take it, sign your name on it, put it back, and get the **** out of our organization no questions asked. I won't even read the name, my clerk will bring it out to S1 for processing, because the one thing I will not allow to infect our organization is cowardice and you have proven yourself one. What keeps me up at night is wondering if we get the call tomorrow how many of you will be able to come back home safe, not whether or not you like me. We are the US Army ladies and gentlemen, my mission is to make sure each and every one of you is ready for war and trained to the highest standard to ensure the maximum amount of you come home safe and not in ****ing body bags. Get on board the train or get off, but if you think you are going to stand in the way of my mission train then I will run you the **** over and keep going without a second thought and I don't give a **** if you are a Private, a Company Commander, one of my Senior advisors, or the XO.

Progressives are trying hard and sadly when people like our Boss and I retire they will gain more ground. But as of today we are still the US Army, they haven't won yet.

He's not doing anything illegal under UCMJ because that is by no means the first time he's had complaints filed against him nor the first time he's openly wiped his ass with them in front of everybody and he's still around acting the exact same. "My feelings are hurt" crap hasn't made it into UCMJ yet at least either because if it did then my Boss would be the first person in the DoD getting walked out the door lol...
