As long as you don’t eat 4 impossible burgers in a day, it’ll be alright.
Not with Sweet Potato fries.
Across an immense, unguarded, ethereal border, Canadians, cool and unsympathetic,
regard our America with envious eyes and slowly and surely draw their plans against us.
You’d explode so it wouldn’t be an issue.

STRANGER THAN TRUTH
Since today's date is 0202 2020 and is the same going forward and back can we use this as an opportunity to reverse the clock?
The Alford Plea
Assistant principal accused of raping 16-year-old avoids jail
An assistant principal charged with raping a 16-year-old student in Missouri has avoided jail time by accepting an Alford plea, allowing her to assert innocence while acknowledging the evidence proves her guilt beyond reasonable doubt. . . .
Lawyerification Gone Too Far!
Stranger then truth but is!
Got to wonder about such judges who would allow this plea.
Similar to allowing an Affluenza defense.

blaster personified is a blast...
Blaster is usually a word that i use after I have been on a bean eating binge.
George Zimmerman sues Pete Buttigieg and Elizabeth Warren over tweets honouring Trayvon Martin
George Zimmerman, the Florida neighbourhood watchman famously acquitted after killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, has filed a lawsuit against Elizabeth Warren and Pete Buttigieg over tweets the presidential candidates posted to commemorate the shooting victim's birthday.
The lawsuit cited separate tweets both candidates posted on 5 February, the victim’s birthday, in which they call out issues of gun violence and prejudice in the US.
“Trayvon Martin would have been 25 today,” Mr Buttigieg, former mayor of South Bend, Indiana, wrote in his tweet. “How many 25th birthdays have been stolen from us by white supremacy, gun violence, prejudice, and fear?#BlackLivesMatter.”
Ms Warren (D—MA) said her “heart goes out” to the shooting victim’s family and friends, writing: “He should still be with us today.” . .
"We need to end gun violence and racism." . .
Mr Zimmerman, the 36-year-old claimed in his lawsuit that Mr Buttigieg and Ms Warren were committing “defamation with actual malice or at a minimum a reckless disregard for the truth”.

What pandering by the ( )o( ) and Warren!
There ain't no such thing as bad publicity.
An Alford Plea is similar to a plea of No Contest. Obviously, there's no allocution at sentencing. It's accepted by prosecutions for the purpose of mitigation.
The affluenza defense resulted in a not guilty jury verdict.
Too much lawyerfication.
Not enough "common sense".
She still escaped "jail time" over it per #83 above
It's not the plea that keep her out of prison. It's likely the prosecution has a major witness problem, and getting her to plead rather than going into an iffy trial was a way to at least give her a spanking like getting her on a sex offender registry.
As I Said,
Too Much Lawyerfication.
For decades I have proposed a Supreme Court nominee not be a Lawyer
but, maybe an accomplished America Historian.
Harry Truman and Eisenhower were not "lawyers".
Maybe Reagan wasn't either.
I do not agree with a "reading" of the Constitution per "lawyers" as
the sole supreme law of the land.
A "no contest" nor "Alford Plea" should reduce a proper sentence
from a "guilty plea". Such as raping a minor!
Too Much Lawyerfication
Not enough "Justice", applied with equality.
Get It Or Not!
No contest & Alford pleas are guilty pleas. There's no point in the expense & time of a trial if the results are the same especially for overworked prosecutors..
