    I think many people are estranged and alienated. Since race identities to some extent converge with class lines it would not be unreasonable for relations between groups with divergent interests to deteriorate.

    I donated to Graves, chucklehead. But what are you going to do? It's the Sixth District. Bachmann is in some ways the perfect representative for that district.

    Lol! Reports! Like the reports that Tea Party Members spit on Nancy Pelosi and the ObamaCare marchers. Remember that one? No video or audio on either slurs or spitting.

    Were the racial slurs worse than the Obama voters who told everyone the streets would run with blood if Obama was voted out of office?

    I had just recently seen a story on old ole Miss where a black student got the student body to vote to agree to stop chanting " the south will rise again" at football games. Seemed like some progress was being made. Just a few bad apples can make things look bad.

    I don't hold parties responsible for the actions of their college age adherents.

    I sure as hell hold the Sixth responsible for Bachmann. Glad I don't live in her district.

    The southern folks aren't taking too kindly to a re-election of a Black President.

    Stay out of those towns if you're minority until tensions settle down a bit, they have a history of inappropriate racial crimes.

    Some of the black students found it offensive. They get to attend ole Miss these days In case you haven't heard. The student body voted to stop saying it.
