The targetting of white males (bonus if Christian) by progressives who enjoy doing such things, has probably resulted in a windfall for the klan, neo-nazi groups, etc.

Which is interesting. Surely said progressives can see this. So why then? I don't believe their intent is wholly benevolent.

 

Maybe not the clan or the neo-nazis, but we're going to start seeing more and more white identitarian organizations.

If a guy wants a date with a girl (long one's, tall ones, short ones, brown ones, black ones, white ones, Hispanic one's, round ones, big ones, Chinese ones, Russian ones, any one of the girls in the world), starting off on a drunk foot is probably one of the worst methods of getting a yes. Starting off on an angry drunk foot is even worse.

A man's job is to find out, in a nice manner, what a girl likes, and then do all that he can to make that happen.

If that doesn't get you a yes, you gotta move on.

I didn't say progressives want more Nazis. What I said was some progressives seem to enjoy targeting white males, and further I questioned why.

Since progressives have been typecasted as intellectuals, how is it that these particular progressives not realize they're adding fuel to the fire?

Not too many people are suggesting that whites are oppressed, that's your hyperbolic contribution to the discussion, because for whatever, you're not inclined to take race relations seriously.

It seems to me you're once again saying that white males will choose Nazism if they can't drunkenly assault women of color, and that objecting to this behavior is objectionable; progressives trying to turn decent white males into Nazis by calling them out when they engage in drunken, racist assault.

They aren't? Are we in the same thread? The same forum? Look around you, sport. Hyperbole? Again, look around you. It's a non-stop War On White Men if one is to buy into the ludicrous hysteria; hyperbole doesn't BEGIN to describe the unhinged outrage, paranoia and projected bigotry. I don't take bigots seriously, at least not on an intellectual level, but I do think that while they're a dying breed, they remain quite dangerous. Tragic too, of course.

Again, hyperbole. You're conflating things. Nobody is saying what you're projecting here. Why are you doing that?

It's acceptable to say that all white people have some sort of trait that's attributed to the color of their skin. Read that a few times and think about it. That's a stereotype. It's considered virtuous to propagate that stereotype.

Try to sanitize that reality all you wish. You won't convince anyone other than those who're already predisposed via some level of "victim status" on the identity politics spectrum. As a bonus, you'll foster the type of resentment that helps create racist.

 

I am proud that I am an American. I am proud of my family. I am proud of my accomplishments in my career. I am not proud to be white because it was something beyond my control. If you are proud because your parents happened to be white and had sex then you are an idiot.
