    Yes!!!

I know a brilliant Psychiatrist who would pose as a child on the internet. He did this as a hobby.

He'd attract pedophiles. Eventually he learned everything about them.

He compiled his work and sent it to the media, politicians, and the press.

Eventually he became the expert on a new show called to catch a predator.

He always said his moment of triumph was when he sent the pedo a photo of the offender, his address, a list of legal charges, a full list of messages and texts, about 3 minutes before the police were knocking on his door.

That's the important question to me. Had the accused been identifying as a female for any length of time? Was the school aware of it? Or did he just show up with a skirt on that day?

Have sexual assaults ever occurred by men (or boys) going into the females bathroom without putting on a dress?

From recent news stories he may have not enter to assault her as they had had consensual relations in the past — he likely believed it would just repeat as it had twice before which perhaps would have been prevented with unisex bathrooms as they are more open and more frequented.

Arrest people for crimes they commit not crimes you assume they will commit.

News reports say he dressed that way occasionally because he “liked dresses”. If it is like a typical public school I doubt they were aware of it. Children get lost due to the sheer size of them.

Hence the Dichotomy!! This is a man wearing a dress so he can go into a women's bathroom and molest a young woman. The School Superintendent knows about it and sends out an email to the School Board about it. He then has the student transferred to another school, where he molests another young woman. Then the Superintendent then has the audacity to claim at a School Board meeting that the event never happened, and quoted a 2016 article that claimed that if transgenders were allowed in the girls bathrooms and gym changing rooms that no boy would take advantage of the situation. While he was making that statement, and the school board was pretending that they were somewhere else, they all knew the truth of the matter. A boy, in a dress in a molested two young girls.

The lunacy is that if he's got a skirt on no one would question him being a male, wearing a skirt and going into the girls restroom because it's allowed. The previous sexual encounters even if they did happen which is the rapist claim, doesn't change anything and he did the same thing at the school he was transferred too and now he's awaiting sentencing. The bottom line is that it doesn't matter if he/she identified as a male or female. This stupid ass rule allows boys/men to enter girls/females restrooms simply because they identify (in their mind) as a female. They aren't questioned if they really really identify, the dumb woke way is say have at it. The board members who passed this allowed this MALE to rape two girls, they are liable. The lefties who push these woke rules are putting women and children at risk, way to protect women libs.

Report the sexual assault to the police the second it’s reported and let the cops sort it out.

The issue is the left wants to take it too far to the extreme by offering unlimited concessions ignoring that people will manipulate the system while the right refuses to even participate in solutions and instead focus on mindless regurgitation of bumper sticker slogans.

These events happen regardless of bathroom policy however which is why you didn’t answer the question.

If men are banned they still do the same thing — targeting actual transgender students doesn’t impact the larger issue.

No the problem is not addressing mental illness. Transgenders have higher suicide rates than combat veterans. We need to stop feeding into this mental illness and pretending it’s okay

They moved the kid while the legal situation played out. I’m not sure what would have been better.

Now that I agree with, are we sure that wasn’t done? Either by the school or the victim?

Yeah it's fake, or just stupid. Rapists don't need unrestricted access to bathrooms to rape. If they're planning on doing something as serious as rape, sneaking into a bathroom is the least of their worries.

The reality is you dislike transexuals, and you're grasping at finding a way to dress it up in rational arguments. But the argument is non-sensical.

Facts as they say not in evidence, and under the legal standard, previous consent doesn't convey. You should know that. Similarly no, i have never known a male in a skirt to enter the ladies room. Men's room? Yup. why? Because they are men. I agree, wearing a dress doesn't equate directly to transgenderism. However, the policy of the local school board and the school administration were using the standard of self declaration. So, wearing the skirt then seems, by your analysis to simply be a ruse through which he circumvented the intent of transgender support services to accomplish a violent crime. And while we're at this point, why then, given your proclamation dude wasn't transgender, do you justify the school administration or the school board for not reporting this crime then? Their only cover was the very transgender reporting policy that you suggest isn't in play because there was, in you analysis, no evidence that dude in a skirt was transgender.

So which is it? Do you acknowledge your own internal logic conflict? You should. It's glaring. So, if it turns out that dude in a skirt is actually transgender, haven't you just committed a hate crime or used hate speech to describe that person? That seems terribly obvious as well. How do you justify your attack then on this child?

Taking transgenderism out of the discussion, you still don't seem worried that this serial rapist was allowed to move schools under the auspices of the existing transgender policy of not reporting that person. Why is that? Similarly, aren't you supposed to by catechism trust all women? And yet here, you and the school board you're defending here certainly didn't Nor did they fulfill their legal obligation to substantively protect that female child. More, they actively worked to hinder the prosecution of that crime, and seemingly aided and abetted that crime/s .

The part where to fundamentally fail is this idea that somehow the identity politics here are more important than the actual behavior and act as a legal protection against prosecution and comment.

First you start out with a strawman fallacy. The issue is a specific rape in a specific school. Did the school policy on allowing individuals with a functioning [deleted] into a girls restroom have anything do do with the rape in question? The students that go to this school think it did.

Secondly you jump to an ad hominem attack fallacy.

That student walkout yesterday was neither fake, nor stupid, nor had anything to do with my opinion about what you call transsexuals.

But if you want my opinion, I consider an individual born with functioning male "equipment", i.e., not cut off, to be a transvestite BTW. Calling these people women is denying reality. They are not women. They are transvestites.

As do blacks, and gay people, and police, and air traffic controller’s…

Almost like external stimuli might have something to do with it. Medical professionals have determined the best way to bring harm reduction for transgender— especially those with gender dysphoria (which is classified as a mental disorder — is via transitioning.

since he raped each place that he went, they should have kept moving him so he could rape more.

It's not like wearing a Don't Tread on ME t-shirt where you get sent home from school. A transgender committing rape is not even close to the heinous crime of being pro-America

    I'm all for that...

Fortunately, we know now the full story of the first assault, where nobody in this very good school system can take any legitimate blame.

However, sending this kid back to school in the fall (at BRHS) after his known assault in the spring is a huge problem... although I think it's pretty lazy to call it a "cover up"...

    Strawman
The metric was not “in a skirt” — the parallel was that this policy will not stop a man from entering a restroom and never has.

Which is why common sense laws should be put into place. Saying people that are transitioning must use the facility of their birth gender is not just and allowing individuals like the assailant to take advantage of poorly written rules isn’t either.

Articles I have seen have simply stated he wore a skirt occasionally. I have no idea how he identifies but actual transgenders make every effort to move to their desired identity. It don’t just happen sometimes.
Anyone that hid the assault should be terminated and charged.

I must have missed it or you have done a poor job of identifying it.

Trolling isn’t an effective debate strategy

How have you arrived at this opinion? I have stated I hope he is executed upon being found guilty so I don’t know how you have come to the conclusion you just did.

Already addressed. “Trust all women” doesn’t not mean blindly trust — women lie. They should not be immediately dismissed or told they brought on an attack however.

If you believe a sign on a door is all that is needed to stop a rapist then you are not paying attention

So you want any kid accused of rape expelled even if they’re never charged or convicted?

I would also like to believe NOT planning to meet the rapist in either bathroom would be helpful as well...

I believe he was charged over the summer for the May assault.

So yes, he shouldn't have been attending school in person in the fall while that case was outstanding...
