    http://www.worldstopexports.com/diamond-imports-by-country/
The US imported $24.4 billion worth of diamonds. 2nd biggest imported of the world.
And that movie about blood diamonds, that aint fictional buddy.
You got no point with them cobalt mines.

The topic is US coal and the comparison you made to foreign cobalt mining.

I never made it a point that it's specifically about the US coal industry. Your nitpicking between how the US does it's mining vs how some 3rd world country does it's mining on cobalt,... as if that's the only type of mining there is that the US uses otherwise. That's your point, and it's ridiculous.

Your point was to not benefit from subsidies.... like the subsidies on solar panels.
Yet you profit from on subsidies from farming and shrug it off. lol

Everyone in the US benefits (and in some cases harmed) from food subsidies. Solar, wind, and electric car subsidies benefit only those that purchase those items.

As noted before,... you're just jelly of people using solar subsidies.
Your point that you would not take subsidies: fake.
You're accenting them, without even knowing about it.
While it's blasted in the news Trump even adds more subsidies for it's farmers.
    By the billions...

    By the billions.

The Chinese trade deal was just signed.

And no, I will not stoop to having my neighbors pay my electric bill.

You are paying their food bill too. There is a word for it: Hypocrisy

All I see is you claiming something, but can not prove it.
Seems you only got a cobalt mining problem knowing how it's done in 3rd world nations.
But got no problem with buying blood diamonds. There is a word for it: Hypocrisy

    Tax payers subsidize everyone’s food.

They also subsidize everybody with solar panels.
Just a choice to take it, just like not buying food and growing your own veggies.
because you claimed something. Burden is on you.

Everyone has to eat. Solar panels are a choice to have your neighbors pay your electric bill.

So you won’t provide your own post. Telling.

The Amish use electricity. But they choose not to use the electrical power grid.
