COVID seems like a monster. Its impact seems to touch everything. Lungs, heart, etc..

I wonder if anybody will do a study of the lockdowns on mental health. I'm fine but I have a few elderly neighbors and some friends who are NOT okay. They are really struggling with the isolation especially when it comes down with not being able to be there as their relatives dying in hospitals.

    What do you think?

I think it's likely pure propaganda, coming from Lockdown England. Propaganda meant to sustain the official narrative.

Our knowledge of the virus and how it impacts our health is still far from complete.

I suspect that there will be additional long term health problems concerning other organs too.

Anything that causes long term inflammation of internal tissues is going to negatively affect health. I suffer from AVN and even though the source has been removed it is impossible to remove the surrounding inflamed tissue. I suspect I am going to have this problem for the rest of my life given the severity of the original undiagnosed damage.

Covid-19 sets people up for problems because dealing with internal inflammation drains body resources which are then not available when needed.

And your point about the isolation and dying alone does have a detrimental impact since we are social creatures. That is a side effect but no less debilitating if it results in shortened life spans for those might otherwise have lived longer.

We are a long way from seeing the end of this virus IMO.

Speaking of side effects there is going to be a study relating to the vaccine side effects on menstrual cycles and they are investigating the potential side effect of blood clots following the J&J vaccine although at present it is LESS than one in a million.

Not surprising that these things are starting to emerge now that millions of people have been vaccinated but I am not seeing anything that is UNUSUAL or of significant cause for concern since the VIRUS itself causes blood clots and inflammation on a much worse scale than the vaccines.

I think we need to know how many people have long term mental health systems without Covid for comparison. Statistics tell as many lies as truths.

I think we will all get thru it the same way we get thru everything in life, with patience, faith, quiet prayer, sacrifice, and perseverance.
