Subsaharan African Average IQ - a global, undeniable phenomenon

I'm a realist - and *occasionally* as a gepolitician/demographic/economic pro I occasionally feel the need to point out obvious realities on this board. So without further adieu, and without regard to the intimidation techniques of Leftists who don't like the reality I bring you....

The average IQ of a subsaharan African - per multiple sources and unbiased sources - is *conservatively* around 70. This is borderline inoperable - what it means is if your IQ is this low you are incapable of functioning in a cohesive, advanced civilization generally. Now, the counterargument is lack of education and other generic, entirely immeasurable factors (purposely generic, and immeasurable, to suit an agenda) - implying that if education standards were raised those IQs could match the IQs of your other ethnic groups across the globe.

False - patently false - again, realistically that's just false.

1. First off, raising IQ averages by 30 points just doesn't happen. It is unfeasible, Entirely so.

2. African descent persons who migrate *globally* fare little better - 80-85 IQ averages top in the *best case scenarios*. This can't be put on "systemic racism" in one country because it's literally an international phenomenon. I.e. it's everywhere and it's a consistent reality.

It used to be Leftists claimed to believe in evolution/genetic traits and the Right Wingers were the Bible Thumpers - oh, how times have changed. And accordingly, the narrative. But If we are honest about the outstanding issue so prevalent in our 2020 social conflagrations throughout the US and elsewhere, we can use that as a baseline for starting real dialogue about how to go forward. If we're not honest....we can't have any real dialogue.

I don't see the relevance. See point #2 - you don't take the top tier of a global and/or regional average and imply that's the baseline particularly for an argument which revolves around the *non top tier* global/regional supporters of current counter-movements in the West.

 

I just saw the black CEO of MERCK, the pharmaceutical company, on Bloomberg TV today being interviewed. He is a Harvard Law School graduate and I would bet his IQ far exceeds yours! Getting the chance to be educated is everything, if you take advantage of it.

That's great, but I don't see the relevance. I also don't doubt he's smarter than almost everyone else including myself. I don't see the relevance though.

If you want to have realistic/rational conversations you start with obvious realities - again, guilt/shaming techniques won't work here. They have no power. Let's discuss the issue at hand...or are we incapable of doing so (by we I mean a certain segment of society that wants to stick their head in the sand of course, not everyone)

A realist look at whether or not it's inherent in the genetics or if it's influenced by environment would be to measure the descendents if sub saharan Africans in the western world.

 

It's a decent point, unfortunately it's not valid. But I do appreciate the effort etc. You can't take what are generally *very smart and very competent* subsaharan african immigrants moving to the US and compare them to your average/baseline. This has been addressed.

I'll rephrase - global averages for people 50%+ subsaharan african descent (ex african americans who have been in the US for mutliple generations) are far below the average - coming in around 80-85 average IQ.

As a related example alluding to the international theme I've mentioned - Great Britons of African or similar descent and/or north african descent average in at around 80-85 IQ, also. I'd like to hear commentary on the international theme here.

How would we know, his college transcripts are sealed. I suspect he never got past weed smoking 101, he's not exceedingly bright. I'd bet my house he was an affirmative action admission in every school he attended and it didn't hurt that his parents were communists. Average does not mean all. There are and have been brilliant black people. I have worked with some of them.

It is just like violence factor. On average, blacks tend to be more violent than whites. Most are not violent. Facts are not racist. They are just facts which need to be dealt with.

Of course - no disagreement. I'd counter-argue that the Left doesn't care about the individual traits you're talking about but it's off topic so I digress.

Nevertheless - consider that a democratic system's outcome is determined by nature by an *average* of sentiment - so average suddenly becomes extremely important, doesn't it? And if a particular group is voting *on average* a particular way and acting *on average* a particular way (say in 2020) - we should address such dynamics because they matter.
