Now why would alpha males need guns? Do you compare the size and power of your guns with other alpha males?

what is superstore? Tylically when a store calls itself something like superstore it usually is anything but. Sounds like a flailing 70s chain about to go under based on the name.

Who is trying to infringe on our shell collecting? It may not be in the constitution, but I am with you that we should be able to collect most types of shells. Perhaps not large ordinance or those that might be presently housing living crustaceans, but why are you worried about this?

I would say because they are not alpha males and wish they were.

Because guns are not drugs and comparing them is like trying to compare a pistol to a line of cocaine.

The CDC is responsible for studying health hazards. Gun violence is a health hazard.

    Why? Has someone proposed confiscation?

You are not aware of the relevant federal law and/or how the NICS works?
I can provide links, if you like.

If you happen to be notably crazy and a gun owning resident of Florida you would probably want to say your goodbyes now. If you are not crazy or a resident of Florida then no worries at the moment.

This just gave them a good excuse to close down gun sales. The story said they had been selling less and less guns/ammo recently. This is great news for local gun stores. The more big box stores get out of the gun business, the better off the mom and pop gun stores will do. This is old news--at least a week or two old--Fred Meyers is owned by Kroger, who made this announcement soon after the Wal-Mart announcement.

They are regional. I have never seen one, but have heard about them in different online discussions about outdoor equipment.

Actually, Wal-Mart goes beyond federal law in selling guns. Federal law allows the selling of a gun after 3 days if the NICS check is problematic (not sure why, but this occurs). Wal-Mart only sells guns if they get a clear OK. Also, Wal-Mart doesn't allow just any clerk to sell guns--it has to be someone that has had training in it (often an assistant manager, or supervisor of the outdoor department)

I doubt many buy their guns at department stores, most go to a gun store, that is where I would go if I was looking for a gun

my guess, the departments cost them more then they were bringing in.... so they had no issues removing them

OK, so now that your bullshit is out of the way, and you have finally admitted what you tried to deny (that you gave an opinion), I ask again, how do you square the opinion...

    with this...
Why, if you aren't against selling guns, do you hope that more stores will stop selling guns?

Pro tip: when you get totally owned like you just did, it doesn't help you to propose that even a bot could find the problem with your contradictory statements.

The people that are buying guns are those adding to their collection. The number of gun owners are decreasing
